Holiday rentals with a sauna in Pendik

from the first message, the communication was excellent. merve responds very quickly and kindly. she gave me clear directions on how to get there. from the first moment I came in I got a warm welcome. merve is a great host, a cozy and enthusiastic person. she shows interest and likes to share things about her daily activities. i'm glad we also went out together. i can reassure any future guest that you are in good hands with this lady. You have to be able to treat cats. She has 3, one of which is very cuddly. i came as a guest but I left with a new friendship😊 good luck with your future plans and training. A clean apartment, good communication and sufficient facilities as described. It is about 1.5 km to the subway on foot, but there are different bus options.

I stayed here during a business trip, and it was perfect for both productivity and relaxation. The apartment is quiet, has a great view, and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and efficient stay. The building itself has top-tier amenities—a well-equipped gym and a fantastic pool and sauna that made it easy to unwind after work. The location is also a huge plus: there’s a Starbucks and several excellent coffee spots within a one- to two-minute walk. A lot of restaurants are close by, and there’s even a supermarket essentially in the same building. You rarely have to go far to get anything done. The area feels very safe and high-end, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended.

The place is right in the middle of Şişli and so many restaurants to walk to. Gokan was absolutely amazing with recommendations and local knowledge. Even while I was out and needed help he would help me get to where I was going or recommend easier ways to get there, or better places.

A very suitable apartment for 1-2 people within walking distance of the metrobus and metro. There are mini shopping malls, supermarkets and various restaurants on the first floor. You can even say coffee to the apartment from the cafe below. It was nice to be allowed to use the parking lot. Host is quick to respond to questions. I recommend it to those who prefer to stay in a central location on the Anatolian side.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Murat's Airbnb in Istanbul, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The high-rise building is stunning, offering beautiful views of the city. The communal pool was a fantastic amenity, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some family time, and the kid amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The onsite restaurant was a lovely surprise, serving delicious meals at very affordable prices. It was convenient to have such a great dining option just steps away from our apartment. Murat, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you, Murat! We can't wait to return in the summer!

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

The house was extremely nice and spacious. All the specified amenities were also available. It may be even more convenient for the summer season, of course, it was a little cold the first evening in the small season, but we solved it at a large rate by contacting Mr. Kerem. Since the house is very spacious, the rooms facing only the north are very difficult, but the floor and the entrance were very hot. The garden is really peaceful, and the house is very nice even for large families
