No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

The apartment was even better than in the photos! Very clean, well decorated, spacious and above all with a huge balcony with an absolutely magnificent view of the sea – a real joy at any time of the day. The host was warm, available and always attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental and will be happy to come back!

I stayed here for one night as I had a flight the next day. It’s a very nice, clean, and cozy apartment…everything I needed was available, along with some thoughtful extras. The owner was kind and very responsive. 🙏 I was extremely satisfied with the stay and highly recommend it to others. The location was perfect , everything was within walking distance, including a variety of restaurants, a shopping mall, and other essential stores. 👍

I really liked it, but there are too many stairs to get there. And the entrance hallway is a little dirty and dark. But inside the house everything is very neat, comfortable and quiet. There's more than you'd expect to find. I booked twice as I felt very comfortable in the place and the price is quite accessible and fair.

On the other hand, the accommodation is 1 hour 15 minutes from Istanbul by metro, but the journeys are feasible. For the airport, the accommodation is 20 minutes by taxi, useful for early flights.

We were very well received , the seal was clean and tidy, just the blankets need to be washed again, apart from that, the cleaning was good, the location was easy, we did not have any parking problems, even though it was on the road, we almost did not hear the sound of the car. You may just need air conditioning in the summer. Thanks for everything

I booked this apartment for my parents who visited Turkiye for medical treatment. From the start, we received a friendly welcome message with clear instructions (lots of helpful pics) about the location of the apartment. Mr. Ediz greeted my parents with a small welcome gift and helped them check in which was so welcomed since my parents day had been long after chemo treatment. The apartment is new, clean and beautiful. My mom esp did not stop raving about how clean it was with all the needed amenities. Outside there are lots of restaurants and shops too which is great for change of scenery. We will definitely stay here again.

Mr. Sefa is a really excellent host. The house is as in the photos. The house was very good for cleanliness and order. Mr. Sefa is always available by phone and help can be obtained. I would prefer it again .

Great apartment for our stay. We were a couple with a child and the apartment was perfect for a long weekend. It had everything we needed. We cooked dinner and had breakfast at the apartment each day, it had everything we needed to cook a simple meal and prepare a nice breakfast. The location is perfect for using the public transportation, there is a bus stop right outside the building. Sefa was good to communicate with and always responsive. He let us check in early, which was a huge help with our luggage from the airport. We would stay here again!

It was perfect as always

My family and I were extremely happy with the place. The sea view was a dream and the apartment corresponded to the pictures. You could reach everything super well by car and also by ferry from Sarıyer port, which was close to the apartment, everything was super accessible. Zafer Bey was a good host and was always quickly available. He always had a solution to any problems that arose. Our check-in and check-out went super easy and smoothly through the guidance of Zafer Bey. On the whole, I can only recommend this apartment. Every cent was worth it!!!
