Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Pendik

We had a great stay! The apartment was very spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room to relax. Our host, Baris, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available when we needed anything. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place – 100%!

Wir hatte die Unterkunft gewählt um von hier aus die türkische Schwarzmeer-Küste zu erkunden, wollten aber nicht so weit weg vom Flughafen sein. Dafür war die Unterkunft perfekt. Der Ort Sile bietet alles was man für den Urlaub braucht: Gaststätten, Supermärkte und einen tollen Strand.

I stayed here for one night as I had a flight the next day. It’s a very nice, clean, and cozy apartment…everything I needed was available, along with some thoughtful extras. The owner was kind and very responsive. 🙏 I was extremely satisfied with the stay and highly recommend it to others. The location was perfect , everything was within walking distance, including a variety of restaurants, a shopping mall, and other essential stores. 👍

Recep and Umit were very responsive and helpful! The apartment is well located, and very safe. Overall great experience, minor heads up, the pillows are a-bit stiff, if you are planning a longer stay i would suggest bringing a softer pillow for a restful sleep. Overall, check in and out were very smooth, the apartment was lovely and the hosts offered great hospitality, thank you!

Daire gerçekten harikaydı – yepyeni, tertemiz ve ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Konumu hem sakin hem de güvenliydi. Ev sahibi son derece ilgili, yardımsever ve iletişimi çok rahattı. Kendimi adeta evimde gibi hissettim. Böyle güzel bir konaklama deneyimi için çok teşekkür ederim, kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim!

Everything is near by, the apartment is really clean and tidy. Everything was as described and the communication with Mehment was very easy since he replies very fast. He gave us some recommendations for our trip and offered help for whatever we needed. The check in and check out was really easy going- very flexibel. I sincerely recommend this apartment!

Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. This is a great apartment in a great location. Clean and spacious apartment. The complex has pleasant and helpful staff. When I injured my leg, the cleaning lady who cleaned the given number herself called the reception and asked to bring ice. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

Safe area and very easy to get around. Found the host very helpful when I had questions. The area was nice as everything was walking distance such as the metro and grocery stores. The rooms were clean and the apartment felt nice to walk around in. The elevator was very helpful to get stuff to and from the rooms if you were to rent more than 1 room. Overall had a very good experience and would recommend to someone who is looking for a place to stay for a short visit to Turkey.

The apartment is very clean, nice and comfortable, i will suggest it to all the family that looking to travel to Istanbul.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect ( restaurants, shops). we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place! :)
