Perfect location, beautiful accommodation and responsive host. Would absolutely recommend and definitely stay again

The house is really nicely decorated and furnished, super kitchen. Really nice crockery and plenty of it, plus lots of nice decorative touches while still being clean and simple and uncluttered. The secure garden was great for my little dog. A great base for Penarth, lots to see in the area including Dyffryn gardens.

Had a wonderful stay at Janine’s place very cosy and homely. Very clean with a nice comfy bed and a good welcome hamper. We were staying for a wedding at St Fagans so the location was ideal and the local taxis service was brilliant. Highly recommend Janine’s place to stay.

Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Jane was super responsive and friendly. Ty Hapus is a beautifully decorated comfortable home and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the little touches and essentials made this the perfect stay and we can’t wait to return. Just an 8 min walk to Gwen’s house for any Gavin and Stacey fans and about a 20 min easy walk to Barry island. 2 min walk to a selections of shops on the High Street. Couldn’t fault it. We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable. It’s on a quiet street but easily walkable to plenty of lovely cafes in the centre of Penarth and to the Esplanade and Pier. It’s also close to the train station into Cardiff, so made a great base for exploring the area.

Easily a very cosy stay, if you’re looking at doing a short term stay this is the perfect place! Beth was very accomodating and easy to communicate with, and the place was spotless and smelt incredible when we first walked in. We have no complaints whatsoever - it lived up to every expectation we had gathered from her description. With nearby transport, I cannot recommend Beth’s place enough if you find yourself in Wales

We travelled as a group of 4 to celebrate a couple of our birthdays. 🎉 The location was perfect 🤩 Could walk it into town but we opted for taxis which was super easy and about £10 each way so not bad at all. The place was beautiful, the 4 bedrooms were stunning and perfect for us. The entire place was spotless and everything so well thought out… all the things you could possibly need. Lovely little touches throughout. Really comfortable and so beautifully decorated. We loved it and would absolutely book this again. Already recommended it to friends. Communication was quick and easy too. Thank you so much for a great stay! X

I was genuinely impressed by how comfortable and cozy the apartment was. Everything is done with care and attention to detail — it’s clear a lot of love went into creating this space. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. The location is also great, especially if you’re travelling without a car. Perfect spot for me travelling solo for a quick stay. Very easy to find, everything I needed, close enough to centre of town to meet friends, Rhys was great and very responsive.

Apartment was exactly as it was shown and described. Fantastic view and position perfect for us. Walk into the city along the river was pleasant and easy, likewise the bridge over to the lovely restaurants etc in the Bay. We will definitely book this apartment again when visiting Cardiff. Very helpfull, good communication, great suggestions and most of all, a lovely house. The initial form filling and deposit providing on their own platform was kind of jarring and a bit of a hassle but I guess thats how they maintain it so well and it was well worth the state of the place. Would 100% recommend, dont let the form filling stop you!

The Pad is a wonderful place to stay in a really nice area. The apartment is immaculate and has a beautifully curated art deco interior. The space has everything you need, Jane really has thought of everything. We felt relaxed in the space; the gorgeous views from the balcony and visits from Mr Hopkins were an added bonus. We both said that we had never stayed in an AirBnB that was so good before. Jane knew it was our anniversary and very thoughtfully added some special extras. We will definitely be back when we return to Cardiff! Cardiff centre is easily accessible by public transport, or on foot (about 30 mins). The local area has a great selection of shops and restaurants, as well as a lovely park.

What a fabulous find so close to Whitchurch village with easy free parking. It was a joy to stay at the self contained bungalow. The whole place was immaculate throughout and completely matched the images. The bungalow was quiet and peaceful all through my stay. Lovely touches of arriving to bread, milk, biscuits, tea , coffee and jam. Loads of towels for use if needed and a very comfy bed with crisp linen. The host was so so lovely and welcoming that I felt at home straight away after a very long car journey. I absolutely loved my stay and could not recommend this place any more highly. I will definitely want to stay again.

Very cosy apartment in a great part of the city. Comfortable with all of the amenities needed for a short break. Louisa was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know.
