Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Pembrokeshire

We've just come back from a great few days at Secret Water. There were six of us and the space worked really well. The warm, well-equipped kitchen had a big table with plenty of chairs, so that when somebody was cooking, we all sat around the table chatting, and nobody was left alone preparing food. When we weren't in the kitchen, we were in the living room, which was also a great size, with plenty of seating and a wood burner for cosy evenings. The bedrooms were very well-proportioned and comfortable. However, the highlight was the wood-fired hot tub, which was the icing on the cake. We fired it up and sat out in it for ages in near-freezing air temperatures, with clear, star-filled skies above us. It was just wonderful. Unsurprisingly, there was also Prosecco involved. Our main contact for the holiday was Lucy and any queries we had were answered promptly, but at no time were the owners intrusive at all. All-in-all, it was an excellent time. Beautiful home base to explore the many beaches in Pembrokeshire! We all agreed one of the best airbnbs to date, even with young kids! Thank you!!

We loved the Milk Parlour! The cottage had everything we needed and we were very grateful for an early check in. We had a great time walking around the lake and trying out the boat. The farm is in a great location and we tried out some of the recommended walks which we loved. The children had a wonderful time at Newport Beach playing in the rock pools and we especially enjoyed enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks for the fab stay.

The place was very welcoming and fun to stay at. The only feedback or suggestion we could make which caused me to actually get feverish was the hot tub is with a fantastic view to the sea although protection from wind is non existent there are many ways to have foldable curtain wall at times when it is breezy which it was. It became quite unpleasant being in a tub when the wind seemed to be constant at the time we were staying otherwise there are absolutely amazing trails to follow and see amazing nature and cliffs and endless sea. Wish there were more stuff to do also but I guess it depends on a personal preference. All in all a very great time with family members celebrating my wife’s birthday 💚💚💚

Chris was the perfect host! Always willing to lend a hand and give advice. Nothing was a bother for him. Chris is great to chat to and like mentioned always willing to help. Our stay was perfect! Peaceful, clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect. Nearest town is less than 10 minutes away and has everything you need, including an amazing bakery -a must visit and cheap petrol! Nearest beach is about 20 minutes away with harbour and good fish and chips!

Lovely accommodation with a great view of the sea. We had three couples and a toddler to stay and had plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely recommend to stay here. Plenty to drive to in close proximity of the property.

Outstanding stay, the house was lovely and the location is perfect - not only to explore Pembrokeshire, but the little village of Newport is gorgeous. Great value for the area too. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at Little Dingle. Great location to explore and do various day trips. The accommodation was lovely, perfect for a family of 5 with loads of space. Emily was responsive and very helpful throughout the stay. A gem of a place, would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves one day.

We had a lovely stay in The Stable! Clean and comfortable in an ideal location - we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Ian was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information. The breakfast goodies were also a lovely bonus. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore the Solva and St David’s area.

Myself and my wife are extremely happy with Kelly's hospitality. She couldn't of done more for us. The place was spotless and clean, if there was anything we needed, Kelly was there to help. Kelly gave us fantastic advice on where to go, regarding to food and fun activities for our child. Kelly also shared interesting knowledge of the Pembrokeshire area, which was fascinating. The apartment at Caws Canarth was lovely. Nice and clean and well equipped. The games room is great, kids loved playing darts. Good to have a washing machine after a couple of weeks camping! Carwyn is very nice and helpful, and the cheese from the farm's shop is delicious.

Very helpful instructions provided to locate the property and useful restaurant recommendations provided also. Nice spot, walkable to Little Haven & convenient for Skolmer Island trip.

Amazing views from the balcony or jacuzzi. Lovely beach walks. Very private and peaceful with no noise from neighbours. Parked the car when arrived and didn’t need to use it until we left as everything was in walking distance along the beach.

It’s impossible to praise Lucie’s house enough! Everything has been thought of and so much love has gone into it. It was absolutely faultless! The character and comfort of the house coupled with the idyllic setting creates real soul-food. If you need to recharge and get away, this is the place. Come and sit and listen to the river and watch the birds - you’ll feel so much better! Thank you so much!

Lovely, romantic, secluded haven found at the end of a small farm track next to an easily accessible coast path. We felt so at home here. We’ll be back and highly recommend this property!

I've never stayed in a place made with such care and thoughtfulness towards guests. The cabin had everything you'd need and more. It's perfectly located for the Pembrokeshire coastal path, close to beaches and not short of things to do. Leah was an amazing host and responded quickly and warmly. Can't recommend this cabin enough.

Beautiful chalet tucked away in the idyllic Pembrokeshire countryside. Incredibly spacious, well kitted out, cosy, warm and private getaway - and that's not even mentioning the hot tub with stunning views of the nearby fields and woodland. I'm certain we will return at some point in the future!

Felt lucky to have experienced such a great stay, we could not fault it! Stayed for two nights and this little Nook had everything we needed and more. Paul was proactive and was very helpful with anything we needed. The Hikki bath was glorious and the bed was so comfortable. The bnb was decorated beautifully with lovely local touches here and there and pristine condition too, so clean! We definitely recommend this little cocoon of joy and we will most definitely be back. Loved my time at the cabin, great way to disconnect from the outside world and really relax. Lots of different walks to you can try with stunning views. The cabin itself is incredibly cosy and exactly as described. The hosts were very friendly and responsive; recommending different routes for us to walk.

We decided to extend our trip in the area and booked The Hidden Gem Lodge last minute — the booking was confirmed quickly, which we really appreciated! The lodge is modern, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The enclosed garden was a huge plus for our dog — fully secure and private, with a lovely mix of grass and patio, plus plenty of outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the space. Although it’s set in the hosts’ garden/side of the house, it felt very peaceful and self-contained, with a lockable gate for added privacy and peace of mind. The location was ideal too, with an easy and pleasant walk into Pembroke and close to lots of lovely spots to explore. Karen was extremely friendly and helpful with local recommendations — we didn’t get to meet Paul but really appreciated their warm hospitality and the care put into making the lodge feel so welcoming. A great little spot for a short break with your dog!

Amazing place to stay. We have been before and will most likely go again. The location is out of the way and so peaceful but not a million miles away either.
