This place is perfect! This was exactly the ‘Miami’ experience we wanted, and we really didn’t want to leave! The unit is so beautiful, with amazing views of both the water and the city, you feel in the middle of everything and removed and relaxed at the same time! Super walkable to some of the best food we’ve had in a long time, try GreenStreet’s goat cheese and tomato omelette, trust me. The area is very clean and very upscale, but not snooty. Sylvain was a fantastic, responsive host! We are so happy we found this gem and seriously cannot wait to come back!

Garden was beautiful and the private area with hot tub felt a like a personal hot spring oasis.

I had an amazing time. The unit was everything I expected from previous reviews and descriptions. 10/10 highly recommend. The best parts were the view, comfy bed, and deep relaxing tub. Would definitely consider coming back to this same unit. The host was also very helpful and responsive. Do not hesitate and book!!

My hubby and I celebrate our birthdays and wedding anniversary all in the same week-and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to celebrate! Cinthias place is in a prime location, with so much within walking distance and a gorgeous balcony view. The place was extremely clean and offered everything we needed for a full week. Cinthia is very responsive friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. We had An amazing week and truly can’t wait to come back again in the future! Highly recommend this space!!

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

Great place, would stay again

I came to Florida for my great niece’s high school graduation which by the way was very nice but too long. My family and I planned this trip 2 months ago. I have a large family so it was about 20 of us who came down for the graduation from a Pittsburgh an NC. We always travel with our parents of 63 yrs of Marriage unfortunately our father passed the week before we were to come there unexpectedly. He was supposed to come down with us. This trip was a bitter sweet trip but yet we were so proud of my niece who graduated with high honors!! To sum the house up I needed this time away and Nicolette made that happen it was a long day traveling for us and the house was available in enough time for us to come in and relax. The house looked just like the pictures very neat and clean . The beds were very comfortable and my husband and brother and my granddaughter went on the pier to fish . My granddaughter was the only one who caught a fish. I thought the pier was very nice.

This home was extremely beautiful in a nice peaceful area! The outside pool was great with a nice water view. Everything was immaculate I would definitely reccomend and definitely would love to stay again!

This house is a real gem! It’s spacious, comfy and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and watching the wildlife roam about, it felt like I was in the islands. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again. P.S. One of guests wanted to include how lovely the linens smelled.😊

Amazing home & amenities! It is located on a canal, which was super peaceful. The pool was wonderful, we did not need the heater because of how refreshing it was. Super close to downtown Fort Lauderdale & Lauderdale by the Sea. The home itself was clean and equipped with everything we would need for the beach/daytime.

Daniel was incredible. I would definitely stay there again. As someone that actually lives in Cooper city we just needed to get away and connect in the environment that had a pool that allowed us to have another family stay with us as well. This was well worth it.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Un lugar espectacular con una vista impresionante y cerca de todo lo que uno necesita. el anfitrión estuvo siempre muy bien dispuesto y además nos permitió ingresar bastante horas antes del check-in. el tema de que haya dos ascensores no fue un problema a pesar de que estuvimos en un fin de semana. Solamente el domingo hubo un problema que se rompió uno de los dos y tuvimos que esperar unas horas porque el otro se usaba para la gente que hacía check in o out. Al final bajamos por la escalera Lo otro que a veces tiene un poco de demora es el vallet parking que cuando hay mucha gente se debe esperar una rato. Pero en definitiva el alojamiento realmente vale la pena y mucho

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

The place is the perfect spot for an amazing time in Miami. In front of the beach and great amenities in the building. The place was amazing and it even had a baby seat and playard for those traveling with family. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

Ubicado estratégicamente, frente a la playa (pasitos y estás en la playa). Vista a la playa del living y de la habitación principal. Todo impecable, limpieza, muebles, sillas, sillones y camas super cómodas, muchas toallas para playa y para la casa. La cocina impecable y muy bien abastecida, para los que nos gusta cocinar es ideal (tiene todo lo que necesitas). Sillas, sombrilla, juegos de playa, pelota y tablas para los niños (no puedes pedir más). Fue una estadía preciosa y el apartamento es ideal para una familia o 4 adultos. Seguramente volveremos, muchas gracias Carolina y Chris!
