Holiday rentals in Pedaso

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

Sabina's home is an authentic "locus amoenus" where I found the simplicity, discreet hospitality and peace I was looking for. It is really a nice place located in a very interesting rural context to discover; convenient to the sea and close to places cultural interest. The house is tastefully furnished, perfectly aligned with the context. Sabina and Emir...seem like those meetings that you wonder if you haven't known them for years... always ready, friendly, but never intrusive. Two dear people. And their little dogs, two ridiculous characters that enrich the value of the stay. I'll be back! Paola

The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.

We stayed there for a whole week, and we are happy to have chosen Luigino's place for our holidays. What a place! Clean, quiet and close to everything, yet cozy, private and in a very nice area. From there you can choose to go almost everywhere, without being tied to a single location, or a beach. By the way, beaches in the area are fabulous: not too crowded, with clean water and all the amenities one may need. The choice of restaurants is simply stunning!!! The apartment has the flair of yesteryear, reminding us the time of our youth, when everything was much simpler and people used to enjoying life, without the fuss and the frenzy of today's time. Luigino is the person you like to have as a friend: kind, helpful and always available. We were also surprised by the attention to details he put in our accommodation, up to the cherry on the cake: his gift of fresh fruit and vegetables from his own orchard...simply exquisite!!! We will be back again!

We spent 12 wonderful days in Conni and Christian's apartment! House, garden and pool: everything as described and in the photos, picobello. Towels, bed linen, kitchen equipment, ... are sufficiently available. The Pool and Garden are a dream. The mosquitoes are of course annoying but unfortunately unavoidable. However, incense coils and citronella candles helped us to enjoy the evenings outside. Window screens in the bedrooms ensure quiet nights without stings. Location: Approx. 3km from the nearest town of Petritoli, very quiet. You definitely need a car. In Petritoli, you can find everything you need for daily life, even outside of the tourist season. Also a nice restaurant and a good pizzeria. The nearest beach to Pedaso is 18 km, about 20 minutes drive. Tip for navigating: arrive via Valmir and Petritoli, the roads are better and not so curvy, even if the route is 3 minutes longer. We would love to come back! Thank you!

We were very happy with our stay and had a lovely time at the apartment. Everything was very clean and the location is great within Campofilone!
