This unique home is a part of the old sea front fishing village in Santa Margherita Ligure built in the late 1800s and is newly renovated but with its original architecture and style! It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with a double bed. Gorgeous seaside & town views with cafes, restaurants and boutiques and direct access to the beach. It is on the 4th floor with no lift but we will help you with your luggage. Just a short ferry or car ride or 45 min walk to Portofino!

Fantastic location! We really enjoyed taking coffee on the balcony watching the boats come & go. The apartment had everything you could need for a week away & was clean & tidy. Great water pressure & nice to have an option of both a shower or bath. SML is definitely the best location on this strip of the Ligure coastline for getting about & plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The local panificino had everything you needed for breakfast & lunch. Thank you Luciano & Ilinea for hosting us!

The apartment was exactly as described, with a dedicated parking space and a clean, tidy environment. The host was very welcoming, responded quickly and positively, and provided lots of useful information. The view from the property was absolutely stunning—we actually regretted staying for only one night. At night, the moonlight reflecting on the sea created a shimmering, enchanting scene that was truly unforgettable.

The stay was good overall! It was easy to find and the location was incredible — right on the water and an easy ~15 minute walk to both Santa Margherita Ligure and Baia di Paraggi. We even walked to Portofino and the trails were stunning. The only challenging thing about the location was it was right above a very noisy street. I recommend bringing good earplugs. The place itself was cute and very akin to being on a boat. We didn’t realize that the couch turned into a full size bed so we slept in the tiny twin size loft beds which weren’t very comfortable. If we come again, we’ll remember to unfold the couch bed! We also had a car and it was challenging to find parking. We’d recommend either finding an overnight lot in Santa Margherita Ligure or there was a place with free street parking on a corner just before Baia di Paraggi. If you go to Santa Margherita Ligure, we recommend the restaurant Osteria n.7 and the bakery Panifico Piordiponti. Enjoy!
