Eine einfache aber wunderschöne Villa mit viel Platz, mehreren Terassen und einem wunderschönen und unverbautem Blick auf das Meer. Von dort kann man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden und man kann jeden Tag etwas neues entdecken. Sei es das Castello, den Capo Milazzo oder das alte und neue Zentrum der Stadt. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber auch das hat seinen Charme. Ja, es gibt keine richtigen Duschen oder eine Klimaanlage, aber das wurde durch die Aussicht, den großzügigen Garten und vieles mehr wieder wettgemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch Alessandra und ihre Familie. Superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren total nett und zeitnah auf Anfragen. Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen auf Sizilien.

This was the perfect place for four adults to stay, close to the harbour, restaurants and cafes and a supermarket across the street. The apartment had everything we needed and the roof top deck was perfect for late afternoon drinks. We would love to come back but it’s a long way from Australia!

l'alloggio è in una posizione splendida, ha un terrazzo meraviglioso sopra Marina Corta. E' in una zona pedonale vicinissima al centro città. E' un alloggio fornito di tutto e noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'unico piccolo inconveniente è che ci sono delle scale un po ripide!

A wonderful authentic Sicilian apartment on the main (but never too noisey) street of Lipari. So close to everything and walking distance to the port. Also, HIGHLY recommend the restaurant Osteria San Bartolo - the best food we had in Sicily bar far with an outstanding wine list.

Schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger typisch italienischer Umgebung. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und gab uns alle wichtigen Informationen zur Unterkunft sowie ein paar Geheimtipps zur Besichtigung an die Hand. Von der Unterkunft aus, ist alles in Lipari gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Kühlschrank, Küche mit allem nötigen Zubehör, Waschmaschine sowie Terrasse in ruhiger Umgebung vorhanden. Vielen Dank Giuseppe, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cinque stelle solo perché non se ne possono dare sei… Marco è stato perfetto da tutti i punti di vista, ci è venuto a prendere al porto , portandoci i bagagli nell’appartamento, appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, super funzionale e comodissimo. In pieno centro a Lipari. Anche al check out ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli nell’appartamento, portandoceli al porto all’orario dell’aliscafo. E permettendoci quindi di fare un giro per il paese liberi da pesi. Sceglietelo senza perplessità! Grazie Marco

Roberto's place really does look as good as the photos and was a slice of paradise. The pool and gardens were beautiful and the villa had everything we needed. Roberto was not around during our stay but replied to messages promptly and his mother lives next door should we have needed anything but didn't intrude. The area felt a little tired but people were friendly. There are plenty of delightful places to explore locally and further afield. Tindari has some fascinating ruins, Milazzo is nice for an evening stroll and has an amazing natural pool at the tip of the peninsula. Taormina was a lovely place to visit but felt extremely busy with tourists. The highlight for me was a trip up Mt Etna, the views are incredible! We have loved our time here and would happily come back. Thank you Roberto for sharing your place with us.

L’appartement de Patrizia est vraiment super ! Il est très lumineux avec sa grande baie vitrée qui permet d’avoir une vue au dessus des toits sur la mer. La salle de bain est récente et très propre, ainsi que le reste du logement. Patrizia a été très arrangeante et la communication a été facile. Il faut savoir qu’en période hivernale, de novembre à mars, la zone commune du logement est fermée, mais ce n’a pas été un problème car la nuit tombe vite et se retrouver le soir dans l’appartement à été agréable car bien équipé. De manière général, en hiver il n’y a pas grand chose d’ouvert sur l’île de Lipari. Néanmoins, nous avons quand même trouvé des bars et restaurants d’ouvert, et fait de nombreuses randonnées, sous le soleil ☀️

Absolutely lovely Airbnb. Perfect for our large family and included a lovely breakfast spread. We arrived early and were allowed to check-in early. The pool and common areas were beautiful. Highly recommend.

Cinque stelle sono poche per stare in Paradiso. La casetta è comoda e ben tenuta ma il vero punto di forza è il patio con una delle viste più belle che potreste mai desiderare. Strastrastraconsigliato!

Ho soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia. La casa era molto molto pulita, ordinata. La cucina era ottima, attrezzata con tutti gli strumenti per cucinare e mangiare. Il salone presentava un divano-letto molto comodo e morbido, cosi come i materassi in camera da letto. Il terrazzo presentava un tavolo esterno e sedie dove abbiamo trascorso le nostre serate. Anche il bagno ottimo e pulizia impeccabile. Inoltre, vengono forniti diversi strumenti di gioco come carte da Uno e racchette da tennis. Per quanto riguarda la macchina, proprio di fronte alla casa vi é un parcheggio condominiale e molto sicuro, anche dalla casa si vede benissimo l’auto. Zona molto tranquilla, ottima per il relax e spiaggia stupenda con acqua cristallina e con zero baccano attorno. L’host molto disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci in ogni evenienza, lo ringrazio di nuovo per la gentilezza e l’ottimo lavoro svolto. Se tornassimo in Sicilia, sicuramente torneremmo qui.

We had a great stay at Nicoletta’s place. The views are amazing, and the house is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stacked, towels (shower and beach) all provided. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Nicoletta is a perfect host, always making herself available, and providing great local recommendations. Nice, walkable, local beach nearby (bring your water shoes). Would stay again without hesitation.

superbe séjour dans l'appartement de Fiorella, la vue sur le détroit entre vulcano et lipari est somptueuse, en regardant passer les voiliers on peut voir tout l'archipel des éoliennes et des couchés de soleil fantastique. la résidence est loin de tous les commerces, nous étions a pieds : 20min de la plage et 25/30 minutes des commerces. je recommande +++ merci pour tout

la dimora (non si può chiamare semplicemente casa) è non solo rispondente alle foto pubblicate sul sito ma ancora più bella. per chi come me è innamorata di altre isole (Stromboli e Filicudi) la posizione, impareggiabile è stata il vero valore aggiunto insieme agli esterni e anche agli arredamenti, estremamente funzionali.

Volevamo un’isola nell’isola, una parentesi di pace dopo mesi di intenso lavoro: trovata! La Casa Azzurra è letteralmente in spiaggia, non occorre angustiarsi con ricerche di indirizzo e di indicazioni su come muoversi sull’isola, è tutto proprio a una spanna dall’approdo. L’abitazione è piccola ma con tutti i comfort e dormire con la finestra aperta e il rumore del mare, è impagabile. Tutto è a meno di 2’ a piedi: locali, bar, ristoranti, alimentari, mare. Noi abbiamo affittato uno scooter nel rent proprio sopra la Casa Azzurra e con quello si può visitare comodamente tutta l’isola. Una vacanza indimenticabile.

We came to Capo d’Orlando by chance and we are so happy we found this place! The host Monica and her husband are very pleasant, attentive, professional hosts, the place is clean and has everything you need, the garden/backyard is huge and luxurious, there is a private parking and an amazing beach is just behind the fence. Kids can play on the grass freely and safely. We loved it and would definitely recommend this place!

The property was better than the description. It was ammaculately clean. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated. The appliances were all of a high standard as was the furniture beds ect. Very spacious place. No negatives at all. Ellena was very helpful and responded to all queries promptly. Would stay again.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve chez Giuseppe. La maison est très agréable avec deux jardins arborés dans lesquels on peut profiter de hamacs pour se reposer en regardant le volcan et une douche extérieure pour se rincer au milieu de la nature. La terrasse ombragée permet de déjeuner dehors. L’intérieur de la maison est très bien équipé et confortable, avec des ventilateurs qui sont un vrai plus la nuit. La plage est à quelques pas et les commerces accessibles a pied également. Giuseppe a été adorable et très disponible par messages, il nous a donné des conseils. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons !

Nous remercions Antonella pour son accueil. Elle s’est montrée disponible pour nous et réactive. La plage presque privée est un vrai luxe et l’extérieur est très sympa. En revanche la maison est divisée en plusieurs appartement, dont celui du propriétaire ce qui n’étais pas indiqué dans l’annonce. Sur les photos de l’annonce on trouve plusieurs endroits qui sont finalement inaccessible et c’est un peu dommage. La route pour accéder au logement est catastrophique (chemin de terre et tunnel infranchissable en voiture) ce qui rend le stationnement très difficile. Nous avons apprécié néanmoins notre séjour à la casa di pippi, un endroit très apaisant si vous voulez passer des vacances au calme !

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, a small but well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals, and even a washing machine, which we truly appreciated during our trip. But the absolute highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace 😊 we enjoyed our meals and sipped wine there while taking in the stunning views over Lipari. The location couldn't be better, the apartment is just a short walk to the port, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's the perfect base for exploring the island. Excellent value for money! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lipari!

This was perfect for our 2 week stay! The unit had everything we needed - very comfortable and clean. We especially appreciated the option to use the elevator and the washing machine- and the iron and ironing board! The view of the water and Aeolian Islands was spectacular and being close to the beach was great! We spent many evenings watching the sunset from the balcony. Also, the location is an easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets. We would love to return to Milazzo and stay there again!
