Self-contained annex - private entrance/hall leading to kitchen/living area, bedroom with en-suite shower room. At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This adoreable suite has its own enterance to the back of the house and is completely seperate for your own privacy. Off road parking is available at all times. The suite has its own bathroom with shower, sink basin and toilet.Also offer tea and coffee facilities. Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

We would love to host you in our bright, brand new modern annex building at the foot of the South Downs Way and 20 minutes by public transport to the colourful City of Brighton and it's famous beach and pier. You will have exclusive access to this extension to our home, with your own kitchen, bathroom and access to fast wifi. We are very happy to advise on where to go, eat etc, or leave you in total peace if you prefer. Our labrador is extremely greedy and very nosey, hope you like dogs!!

With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Had a lovey weekend at Salome’s place. Great location opposite the station and surprisingly quiet. We had the ground level floor - bedroom and spotless bathroom - to ourselves and full use of downstairs kitchen / living area. Salome was a lovely host, and kindly let us stay enjoying tea and toast all morning on our last day. Will stay here again on our next Seaford visit.

Stayed at Michael's place before. It is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well furnished. They provide great tea & coffee facilities, freash milk every day. The shower room is well fitted and spotlessly clean. Toiletries privided in the shower. Fluffy towels The view from the bedroom looks out on Saltdean and the sea. Comfortable bed and linen Great recommendation of VIP pizza restaurant and using the Saltdean Lido is a must. Both within 15 min walk. Will definitely return Thanks

Having stayed with Diets last year, we knew how welcoming and easy-going she is! The room is bright and airy, the bathroom is large and spotlessly clean and it is convenient to have an area to eat supper and breakfast (breakfast items were provided by Diets). The accommodation is pet-friendly, with a bed and bowls available and special liver treats, which were very much enjoyed by our dog! The location is excellent for walks along the beach or coast path but also access to the ferry to Dieppe. Thank you Diets for another lovely stay.

I stayed at Chloe's for one night to get the ferry on the next morning. Chloe's most welcoming and kind, and was very helpful in my particular case. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable, very conveniently located to get the ferry.
