Holiday rentals with a patio in Peace River

This was our 3rd stay since March of 2025. This is our go to place when visiting family in Lakeland. Nice apartment, clean, cozy, and quiet. Location is great as it's close to everything. Downtown Lakeland is one of my favorite places to shop local. Lakeside Village Mall (shops and eateries) is about a 10 minute drive, and Walmart is about 3 minutes away for groceries. We always make sure to eat at the 1916 Irish Pub at Cleveland Heights Golf Course. Fat Jacks (a local diner) on Flordia Ave is right down the road and was our go to place for breakfast. Yaricel is the perfect host.

Ramon’s place was a fantastic stay for the price! It was so clean, updated, and comfortable. We stayed an extra night in FL due to our flights and Ramon’s was the perfect quick stop. He and his wife were incredibly kind as well. The peacocks were an interesting plus! So cool to see them surrounding the property! Would 100% stay here again!

I had a great stay, everything was as described, great communication, convenient location, super clean and all the amenities you can need, felt right at home.

The location of Greisy’s place was exactly where we needed it for what we came in town for. The home was clean and quiet. We had no issues at all and would stay there again. Thank you!

Perfect place for my work trip! I would definitely stay here again. It’s also within minutes of several restaurants and grocery stores!

Stayed here when working for Metallica in Tampa over the weekend I was there. Overall the location was decent with a lot of things close by. You definitely will need a car or Uber around but was overall a good experience. The Ac unit in the room did leak water the first day I was there but the host handled it very quickly and got it situated.

We enjoyed the beautiful aesthetics of the property! The inside was nicely decorated and the outdoor patio area was beautifully landscaped and felt very tropical. Everything was very clean with a nice king size bed. Felt very spacious, especially with 2 full bathrooms. Only downside is that it is hard to wheel in luggage from the driveway to the back of the house. If it was a concrete or paved path it would have been much easier to transport our luggage to the rear of the house. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent here again!

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! The entire house was incredible! The attention to detail was impeccable to the privacy fencing outside to the art on the walls. The more we explored the house the more we realized that the owners literally thought of everything when designing and furnishings the home. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Can't wait for my next visit

We stayed 3 months and enjoyed our stay. 1. Hosts are very responsive. 2. I was impressed at how well the kitchen was set up with basics for cooking. 3. Church was an easy walk and there was a grocery store that was walkable too. 4. Backyard is private and screened porch pleasant. 5. House is small but has a good layout and decor is nice.

Host was great to work with, very responsive!. House was clean, near grocery, restaurants and some shopping. Loved the backyard pool, very relaxing and quiet!

Beautiful home! Looking to plan another trip and stay at your home! Just for the home and location not even for Legoland.

Greg was a great host. Flexible in allowing for our early arrival, and quick to respond! His home is lovely. We had a relaxing time.

This cottage was cozy and beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & a close drive to the beach. We loved having access to the beach gear & the backyard had everything you could dream of. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing time staying at the mango! It was the perfect private spot about 10 minutes from the beach that couldn’t have been any better for my husband and I. We did have a slight AC problem during the middle of the week but Whitney responded so quickly and was able to get it fixed so fast while we enjoyed our day at the beach.

The condo was great. Clean and perfect for a beach getaway. The beach was 10 minutes away, which was perfect. Overall great stay.

GOOD VIBES!! This condo is amazing! Waterfront, had a bar and food, spots to lay out and tan, heated pool. Chris was an amazing host, let us check in early, super clean, smelt good inside, super responsive , accommodating and helpful. Will book again in the future. thank you!!! 5 stars:)

Location was perfect!!!! Being so close to the beaches AND having shopping and food options nearby was the best!! Colin was very communicative and even gave a proactive option for an extra night. Thank you for being accommodating and very responsive!

Scott & Laura's place was cozy & warm. Great location, very central and close to everything in the area. Scott was very responsive and hospitable. Definitely recommend it!

Everything was absolutely perfect! It was so clean. It had everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the beach chairs and toys. Fabulous bathrooms that felt like a spa.

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!
