Apartment holiday rentals in Payson

The home was as described and very spacious overall. My husband has back issues but the main bedroom bed was perfect and of quality. The area has a grocery store and two great breakfast places very close. Bell rock is only 10 minutes away. Very quiet area and we saw no one else in the neighboring back yards. Loved having a connecting garage to park our car. Great place to stay to relax and enjoy Sedona.

We are a group of college girlfriend's who spent the week touring around Sedona. Tim & Sonia's place was ideal for us. We had plenty of beds, showers etc. We took advantage of the pool a couple days too! I think the easy access and cleanliness of the rental made the week so stress free! Thank you Tim & Sonia for quickly answering our questions. Would highly recommend!

Very much liked the close proximity to hikes. Accommodation totally fit our needs for the two nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Power went out for a while one evening, communication with host was prompt. We figured out the WiFi, but it was slightly different than the instructions posted at the condo.

Colleen and the Hilton were very easy to work with. The studio is that - a studio. For my husband and I it was perfect. We used the very clean pool and hot tub everyday. Great location

If your looking for a really nice, comfortable place to stay while visiting the village of oak creek, I highly recommend staying here. Our host Ina has created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nicely done. The living room sofas were a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing and we pleasantly enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio. location was great with a supermarket and restaurant literally within walking distance! Ina was a wonderful host always responsive and helpful. As I said before, I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again, Ina !!

We had great time during our vacation and our place was well organised and it had everything required for a family vacation. Snacks at the time of check in are very much appreciated. Very thoughtful, there were board games, even basketball was also in the room as there was basketball court. Netflix was logged in that’s simply going out of your way. We lived our stay so so much. We like the property so much that We wanted to extend our stay for 2 more nights but unfortunately property was booked. Strategically located property which gives access to trails, uptown Sedona was close by. We loved every bit of our stay here.

Exactly as described. It was clean and beautiful. There were very clear instructions on how to get into the unit. It was a great location away from downtown Sedona. I would recommend and will stay again if in the area.

My husband and I just got home from spending a month at Skye's Airbnb. We agreed that this might be the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Skye was quick to respond whenever we had questions or concerns. The property is right across the street from the grocery store, so we were able to walk to get groceries. The area is quiet, and waking up to those magnificent red rocks with the sun on them every morning is just spectacular! We brought our mountain bikes, and could bike to Bell Rock trail, and all other trails were a short drive away. We biked and hiked every day. We also joined the Sedona Athletic Club for the month and used the pool, jacuzzi, and took classes there. Close enough to walk there. Our dog was happy with the green space to throw the ball in the mornings. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Our kids came for the holidays, and we all had plenty of room. The electric reclining sofa was a bonus! We also cooked all our meals here. Magical month!

Great experience at Allison’s Sedona/Oak Creek condo! The kitchen was fully stoked, beds were super comfy, two bedrooms were good sized and the living room was comfy for hanging out. Nice decor, clear insurrections and the location is great for hiking around Sedona. Loved that it was dog friendly. Quiet and easy parking.

I cannot say enough good things about this stay! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week with our family of six. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made the experience even better. The location is peaceful and just outside Sedona, near Bell Rock, which gave us stunning views without the crowds—yet we were still close to all the main attractions. The complex itself was quiet and very well maintained. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was incredible to come home to after a day of exploring. The creek across the street was fun for fishing and hanging out. We were able to drive our SXS straight from the villa to bull pen for a day by the water. We appreciated the outdoor hose to rinse off all the dirt. We will come back for sure.

it was a very convenient location. The space was perfect for a 3 person stay. We ended up sharing the large bed, so we didn't need to make use of the fold out. It was a short drive to Sedona, we didn't need to Uber/ Lyft anywhere but there's shuttle services to hiking trails throughout I case you need that option. The community was quiet so it was easy to rest up between adventures. It was homey and the restroom was perfect and the beds felt firm but very comfortable and the unit was well equipped with several toiletries that made our stay quite accommodating. We had an great time. Thank you Trish!

Nice appartment in a quiet building. All amenities available. Each room has there own bathroom which is great. Clean and convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay at the RRR. Place was extremely clean and well decorated. The amenities onsite were an added bonus. Both the hot tub and pool were in pristine condition and an awesome place to relax after hiking. The location was perfect as well. We enjoyed that we were close to Sedona while being in a more quiet spot. Many cute restaurants and shops in walking distance. Awesome trails and sights to see within only a few minute drive from the Airbnb. Would absolutely recommend this spot for a stay in the Sedona area!!

This place was better than what we expected ! Would highly recommend and the host was friendly, detailed and helpful - made the checkin process go smoothly. We got to experience the pool and it had an amazing view for sunset ! Would stay again when coming on another road trip ! Amazing place!

The condo was comfortable and convenient. We were able to visit a number of national parks and hiking trails and come back and relax in peace and quiet. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice comfortable and convenient location around Sedona.

This unit is in a great location near grocery stores and restaurants. Minutes from Bell Rock trailhead. Fully stocked and comfortable. Beds were amazing. They had spices and condiments in fridge which is very helpful. We went for a girls trip and it was just perfect.

We had a lovely overnight stay at John and Paige’s condo. The property is very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for 2 couples with 2 king bedrooms and separate bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities. Good location in a quiet neighborhood, short walk to great restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating when we requested a later check out to deal with car trouble. I would definitely come back, for a longer stay next time.

Always a great place to stay. We love Heber and Bison Ranch! Plan on the Internet not being great and you have to pay for WiFi daily at the Resort.

Lugina’s place is super clean and spacious has several bathrooms which is perfect for a large group or family. The views are amazing with a lot of hikes close by.
