Apartamento clean, very organized and had everything necessary for a great stay. The hostess, left necessary cleaning items and still a box with first aid for emergency, I found a great differential. And the communication was great, from the reservation until the checkout time. I recommend it!

The environment was brand new. The only thing missing was a curtain on the door that gives access to the private outdoor area, because at night, people outside can see who is inside the apartment. This door does not appear in the photos (I imagine they put it from another apartment). The place is new and appears to have been recently handed over to the owners. I suggest making an iron available to guests, it makes things a lot easier. In addition, the contact is not with the host, but with a team that provides assistance with check-in, passes on information, etc., and responds quickly and effectively. I missed a more “personal” host, which is the vibe of the Airbnb community and who can give tips about the neighborhood and things to do in the city. It accommodated 4 people "okay", but I don't recommend more than that, for 4 it was already a little small. In addition, it was worth it. Detail: I think because it was new, the GPS directed me to No. 701 on the avenue, arriving the first time with the car, I found it after going around the block a few times.

The flat is very cozy, reserved, modern and clean! I enjoyed the experience of staying at the place in question. I also liked the building and the staff. I would definitely come back!

On the day of the che-kin they were delayed 3:30 so that I can get you into the apartment, they said that there were people living there, and vacated the day I was going in and there was no time to do the full cleaning so I had to wait in the parking lot. Second point, we bought 5 kg of meat to make a barbecue in the pool area, when we got there the barbecue did not work, we called the reception and said that for a long time it no longer worked, and there was no sign warning about it. Third point, when we entered the room, there were no towels, pillows, sheets, we had to spend all day sending a message and they were delivering 11:00 pm! These were the points in which it left to be desired, apart from this, the hotel is wonderful, very beautiful, cozy! It would come back again!
