It was an excellent stay at Renê and Ana's! Both very attentive, polite and responsive, I felt right at home. I participated in a course at CNPEM and the proximity to the center was one of the reasons I chose the place. I highly recommend it for all aspects! I hope to visit Campinas again, and without a doubt Renê's house will be an option again

The stay was great! In fact, hosting is better than in photos. The hosts were really responsive, the bedroom and bathroom were in great condition, and the house itself was well organized. Regarding the location, it is very close to Unicamp, and it is possible to walk back and forth. But it is a neighborhood with few shops.

Great experience, everything was perfect! Beautiful house, very nice hosts, and lots of privacy for guests. Very good for those who go to Unicamp, as was my case. From there, it's about 20 to 30 minutes depending on where you're going on campus. But a quiet, pleasant, safe walk in wooded areas. The only thing worth considering is that there are no bars, restaurants and shops nearby, as it is a residential neighborhood (beautiful and quiet) all of this is about 2 to 3 kilometers away, but nothing too far. But for those who don't need shopping nearby, or are willing to take an Uber (as was also my case), Renê and Anna's house is a great option!!

The apto is impeccable (thematic decoration a charm apart), clean and comfortable, all the utensils worked perfectly (all new). Henrique and Rosana village of Henrique and Rosana, they respond quickly, gave us hints of places. The hosts are committed to making the hosting experience the best possible, including open to suggestions to make the environment even more welcoming. We are very pleased with the accommodation, any other opportunity will surely return to Studio Senna.

Apartment very well located, in a green and quiet area, but a few minutes by car from the center of Serra Negra. Great for resting and at the same time enjoying the city's attractions during the day.

I took a business trip and would stay at this place again. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos, it has all the basic amenities, it was quite clean, the shower is great. I note that the bedroom does not have air conditioning, only the living room. It is located in the center of Campinas but there is a lot of commerce in the surroundings, so it did not seem like a dangerous area. Dia supermarket, cafeteria, pharmacy, gym, all within walking distance. The building has a gym but it is extremely basic and has bad equipment, I recommend using the neighborhood gym that has a promotional price for those who are on Airbnb. Easy to communicate with the hosts.

My second home! It's definitely the place I'll stay until the end of my master's degree. The apartment is excellent, complete! It is spacious, airy, and comfortable. The condominium is wonderful, safe and very close to everything I need. Maria is a sweetheart! Very attentive.
