House holiday rentals in Paulínia

We had a perfect stay, everything was in order. The space is very cozy, we feel at home. Campos is very receptive and attentive. We recommend it!

Our stay was great and Marcelo was super attentive. The indoor environment and pool were clean and the kitchen is super complete. We made our new year celebration in the farmhouse and everything went perfectly. We intend to come back more often.

It was the second time I stayed at Chácara Hollandia, a place I chose to celebrate my birthday. Communication with Maria was perfect, she always responded quickly and provided all the information I asked for, in addition to making check-in and check-out more flexible. The birthday party took place on a Saturday afternoon/evening, there were 25 of us and 10 of us slept over (we brought extra mattresses and only didn't use the sofa). Impeccable house cleaning and organization, kitchen equipped with the necessary, wonderful pool, pool table, several chairs and other tables; in addition to the barbecue that we did not use. Maria is making several renovations to the farm and they are already noticeable. The outdoor space (large lawn, pool and barbecue) and indoor space (two bedrooms, one bathroom, living rooms and kitchen), location, communication and value make it the perfect place! Our only issue was with the sound/neighbor, but we had been warned in advance that he might complain, so it was resolved when he contacted us.

The place was exactly as described. The house is very clean. I loved the private pool. It's super big. The house is walking distance from Unicamp, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. I loved the place and I'll stay here the next time I come. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for hosting Veronica!

The accommodation at Luis' house was very pleasant and provided a great experience for our stay. The house is cozy, well-equipped and in a great location. Chácara Nova, well cared for, cozy, served us super well. Priscila is an extremely attentive and proactive person, all questions and requests she made a point of being flexible and assisting us. It was a great stay, for sure in other opportunities we will rent again and will always indicate.

Mr. Sérgio is a great host! He did not receive us personally but for the little we talked about in a message I consider him this way! I stayed with my family (wife and 2 small children) we were very impressed with the house! There's so much more than the pictures! It has 2 HUGE TVS (1 in each room), 1 SUITE, in the other room, 2 BEDS and even another bathroom with JACUZZI and whirlpool! 1 space with automatic gate! The neighborhood is very quiet, it has places to eat nearby and all over the city, there are supermarkets nearby! The street of the house and the whole city is very well lit up that gives the feeling that we are at dawn! 11 pm we spent on a playground nearby that still had children playing!!! We stayed 2 weeks, we loved our stay! SUPER WE RECOMMEND🙌🙌🙌

Very good space, easy communication, very cozy house

Diogo's house is really worth it... As my kids said 10 out of 10. Everything was clean, organized, two wonderful bathrooms, two excellent rooms too and it's right in the center which is great. Anyone going to Paulínia instead of spending an unnecessary fortune in hotels that are "a fortune" stay at Diogo's house, an excellent host too. And even today when I left I had a little problem and he was extremely helpful in solving it quickly🙏🏽. I highly recommend it, I stayed with my husband and our 2 children and we loved the accommodation and we have already found our place to rest in Paulínia.

Helô is a helpful and agile host! During our stay we met with patience and accuracy, contributing to our well-being. The house is as shown in the pictures, with quality furniture and equipment. The condominium is great, quiet and well organized. I had a great experience!

Candido was very friendly, smooth communication, and very responsive to messages.

Edy was very attentive to us, comfortable space but not very large.
