Citrus Executive Farmhouse Downtown+Summer “Pool”

This place recently underwent another renovation leaving its unique charm+ creaky sloping floors while adding modern comforts. It’s located in the same awesome neighborhood as our other homes but on a corner with plenty of free onstreet parking. It’s an easy walk to our awesome downtown with all it’s fabulous bars+ restaurants+ shopping. The wonderful front porch+ other outside spaces+gardens are quite special too; we think you’ll love staying here! And it’s now available for small events too.

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
