It’s only half a mile from the closest beach access as well as grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, bars & parks. After a day relaxing at the beach or visiting local sites, you’ll love using our outdoor shower(w/ hot & cold water) & sitting outside in our private guest sitting area with your fav evening beverage. You can also grill up a meal on the charcoal grill. We hope to host you soon!

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Southport and Oak Island beaches, this spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a private in-law suite. Fully equipped kitchen and sunroom overlooking ‘The Big Lake’ Patricia (estimated water to return by 2026) are just a few of the property’s amenities. Walking distance to the Lakes golf course. Fire pit with outdoor seating and grill provides a nice spot to unwind.

"Nut Hut" living life easy at the coast!

The Nut Hut is situated on Mirror Lake. Completed in 2004. The Hut is Rustic with a twist of Southern charm and eclectic decor. The Hut has two bedrooms one with a Queen bed which is a platform bed with a soft mattress,that does sit low. and the other with a Twin bed which is normal height. Has a functional kitchen along with basic kitchen amenities. The hut is located on our property but does have its own privacy. The hut is located in Boling Srings Lakes, only a 10 minute drive to Southport
