Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο , ο οποίος είναι κατάλληλος για οικογένειες και για ζευγάρια. Βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Χώρας , πολύ κοντά στο μοναστήρι του Ιωάννη του Θεολόγου , καθώς και στην αγορά και σε καταστήματα εστίασης . Παρέχει όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή με άνεση. Καθώς έχει μια μεγάλη κουζίνα και την τραπεζαρία , απέναντι βρίσκεται το σαλόνι με το καθιστικό μαζι με το διπλό κρεβάτι και δυο δωμάτια με ενα διπλό και δυο μονά κρεβάτια

The mansion was built by wealthy merchants in the mid 1800's. It is close to the harbor of Skala, restaurants and dining, offers great views to the harbor and the monastery of St John. You’ll love my place because of its unique and genuine 19th century ambiance combined with luxury amenities. The house is good for couples and families (with kids) and can host 6 people. NOTE: you can rent this mansion along with the other house annexed to it, listed as Dimitris's Lux 1800's stone house.

This cozy apartment is placed in the heart of the central square and just a few steps away from the harboor. While loyal to the patmian architecture it also has some modern touches perfectly combining luxury with simpicity. The balcony overlooks to the square and there is a supermarket right below the house. It provides you with a luxurious bathroom and a fully equipped kichen, air conditioning, a bedroom, a livingroom and a peaceful second backyard.
