Comfortable, with a spacious couch, and a large cuisine. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 seperate bathrooms. The villa commands one of the most stunning views on Patmos island. From the front terraces bordering the house looks out across the port of Groikos, to the Greek mainland and the coast line.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον όροφο διώροφου κτίσματος τεσσάρων διαμερισμάτων συνολικά με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και βεράντα.Στον όροφο υπάρχει ακόμα ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλα δύο στο ισόγειο.Στην βεράντα υπάρχουν δύο σετ τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου ,το ένα εκ των οποίων ανήκει στο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη γειτονιά ,δέκα λεπτά περίπου από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και 5 λεπτά από την κοντινότερη παραλία.Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει δημόσιο παρκινγκ, φούρνος και super market.Επίσης καφέ και εστιατόρια.

Our stone house is located just 1 km from the port and less than 1 km from the Holy Cave of the Revelation of St. John. It overlooks the Icarian Sea with wonderful sunsets, but also the port of Skala. It has a private parking space and can accommodate 3-6 people. It includes a reception area with a sofa that becomes a double bed, a single living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It has A/C, WiFi, cable TV and a washing machine.

A traditional house with unique style and traditional architecture just 2 minutes walk from the most popular beach Kambos. The ground floor includes a perfectly equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting-room and bathroom, while the upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed , a single bed in an open area and a master bathroom. Outside, there is a protected area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue and mesmerizing gardens and trees.

Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
