Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Patar Beach

Irish was incredibly responsive, and Jenny was very helpful throughout our stay. The home looked even better in person than in the photos—spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Hundred Islands boardwalk. My family absolutely loved staying here. The two-story layout is perfect, especially with two bedrooms conveniently located on the ground floor, which made it easy for my elderly mom. Highly recommended.

The house is spacious, and you have everything you need. The beds are good, so is the aircon, and everything is very clean. It has a nice little garden, and you have a very nice terrace where you can eat and work. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The wifi is a little slow, but work ok for emails. The area is silent, but they have two dogs, that are barkling a lot. If however, you are OK with that, and if you plan to go to this area, then I can highly recommend this place, because you really get value for the money.

The homestay was budget-friendly. While this specific unit is quite old, it still was okay. The owner's mom was transparent about possible water issues on mornings. We were told to gather water reserves at night, in case we'd have problems with the water source the following morning. They had everything we needed. There was a stock of ice; we just had to pay five pesos for each. We were able to use their kitchen, too, when we cooked dinner and bfast. The place was quite spacious. I'd definitely book this unit when I go back to Alaminos with my friends! Just one note on the staircase: my mom found the steps a bit challenging for seniors. Other than that, we really found it nice.

The host was welcoming and easily reached via phone. Staff provided cooking materials for a fee. They also helped speak to local vendors on our behalf to get the best price for seafood. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Dennis is a good host and his home is very central to the Lucap Wharf (jump off for the Hundred Islands adventure) and several dining options. The house is very comfortable and the host very accommodating. We arrived at his house already to find the rooms cooled down (air conditioning turned on ahead or our arrival) allowing us to check in and relax immediately. Thank you Dennis, we’ll definitely come back and recommend your place to other family and friends.

We are very happy that we stayed in Amihan. I booked it a night before and they are very responsive. Awesome service and very accommodating in all aspect. We will definitely want to stay again here! ❤️

Great value for money! The house was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The caretaker was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. We had a fantastic 2 nights 3 days stay at Hundred Islands Affordable Staycation, and we couldn’t be happier! Although finding the place involved navigating a rough road, it was absolutely worth it. Within minutes, we could reach the breathtaking Hundred Islands and the local marketplace, which had everything we needed. What truly made our stay special was the host and their wonderful family. They were incredibly accommodating, hands-on, and so easy to talk to. Their warmth made us feel right at home. The house itself was a pleasant surprise—spacious, cozy, and comfortable, perfect for our group of 9. We all felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. If you’re looking for an affordable and memorable getaway, this place is a hidden gem! Maraming-maraming salamat po. 🥰

The place is perfect for a long and short term stay. It’s very convenient to move around the area since it’s within the Commercial Business district thus very close to public transportation, department stores, markets, restaurants and all other establishments. The host is very polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating. She provided all the amenities that’s listed on the listings and beyond.She also provided all the information that we need to go to the tourist spots within the city and outside the city. She also made sure that we are comfortable during our stay and we were well provided of the things that we need to be comfortable in her transient house. We had a complete/full privacy because we had the 2nd floor of the house all by ourselves (me and my 2 friends) with separate entrance door and a cozy terrace with cool air and view. the host is very responsive whenever we have questions and inquiries.We’ll definitely go back.

we've stayed for 2days and 1night, and we really enjoyed our stay there. even most of the other rooms are accommodated, we never feel the crowded environment. we can still do our own thing with lots of space. the pool is also clean. the commendable thing they do that I want to highlight is that they let us check in advance. they already clean our unit before we arrive. my parents enjoyed the place too and they said, "we will be back here." thank you again! <333
