Villa holiday rentals in Pastine

Delightful, well equipped, comfortable and really quiet. It’s a real getaway but not too far from some lovely beaches and villages; a car is a must. Do note that there is no aircon, but the fan supplied was adequate for us. Our host, Elizabetta was extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the stay in Lavagna very much. The house is a little off the beaten track in a quiet area, but in a perfect location to explore Liguria. The view is fantastic. The house is clean and has all the amenities you need, even insect protection in front of all windows and the possibility to darken them. Communication with Cosimo was very good and Luigi was also very friendly and helpful on site. Overall recommended! Thanks a lot!

Fantastic villa. One of the best kept gardens we have seen. Unbelievable view. Well functioning house. Good location in the area. Bring some smaller luggage instead of one big one. There are 140 steps to the villa from the car

Igor was always kind and responsive , there were no problems of any kind . The house is new and has everything a modern house must have (well equipped kitchen with induction,oven,dishwasher, etc., motorized blinds, bathrooms with large shower , equipped patio overlooking the garden ) and in general matches the photos and description . As a bonus, I was given the opportunity to enjoy a free front row gazebo in front of the sea , kindly offered by Igor's father. If I have to find a flaw, I would say that it would be better to put mosquito nets at least in the bedroom and one of the two French doors that face the patio . Keep in mind that there is no TV ( however it is in the description provided by Igor ) . The area is suburban , very quiet with villas and gardens and gardens ; given the distance from the sea and supermarkets it is better to have your own vehicle.

super dear host and always easily accessible, very clean apartment, the view is beautiful - there is nothing to complain about, book the accommodation if you want to visit la spezia or cinque terre!

Lothar is a great host with plenty of tips for the area who will go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant and memorable. The house and infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is simply great. Walking distance is well described and Lothar will pick up your luggage by quad. We will be back.

We stayed with Paolo for a week and felt super comfortable. For a group the house is perfect, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the garden and pool are beautiful. Paolo is a very very nice host and was always easily accessible and helpful.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

Overall we had a great stay! The dogs and area are great! Is it about an hour walk to the beach and is a little far from surrounding areas, but the walk is beautiful! We had electricity issues one night but the host was quick to reply. Overall would stay again! The house was very clean, pool was beautiful and a great place to relax!

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

We stayed in some of the two houses near Camogli. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. On our arrival we found a variety of food as well as beverages. Thanks again for that. Access is feasible with a normal car - contrary to some other comments. The house is quiet and private and offers a good base to relax there or make excursions on the Ligurian coast. We can recommend the house and also the caregiver and would come back there. There is a way to charge the EV at the house - but only with 1 kW, i.e. it works, it just takes.

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. Donatella's place is exactly as pictured: curated, welcoming, and quiet. As soon as the gate closes, you enter a private oasis where you immediately feel at home. The covered terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner outdoors with all the time, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley. We've always eaten out. The pool was clean and the view was really relaxing. Our two dogs immediately felt comfortable: the space is large and all fenced, so for sure. The shops and everything you need are nearby, and in 15 minutes you can reach the sea of Lido di Camaiore. The house is well equipped, everything works as it should. Donatella and her son are always available, kind and really work hard to make guests feel good. Simple and fast communication. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail! We'd love to come back.

wonderful villa with a very impressive panoramic view over the surrounding hills with the beautiful peaks of Alpi apuane in the background. the house and surrounding terrain is big, plenty of space. lots of birds singing around the house. we did a lot of hiking around in Lunigiana which feels a bit like a well-kept secret (beautiful but not many tourists). we liked Fivizzano, but basically every little village is quite pretty here.

Great place love the view and the house.

We had a lovely week. Unfortunately, the pool was much too cold around that time. In high summer, it will certainly give good cooling. The garden is a paradise for dogs. We were 11 adults. The 5 rooms were too few for this. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for 12 people. We were able to cook and barbecue extensively. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was not enough for everyone. Only the conventional method helped. The separate wine cabinet was used extensively by us. All in all a good place for Max. 10 adults and two young kids at a warm season.

The house is very nice: living room, dining room. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's a professional kitchen. Lots of dishes fine too. The rooms on the 1st floor are great. On the other hand, the 2nd floor not terrible because of the beams. Even if we're not big, we bump into it and it's a little annoying. Other than that, everything is fun. The house is a little remote in the countryside and it's perfect for resting. The check-in went very well with Chiara. Thanks to her.

Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.
