Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Passy

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

It was not easy to find the accommodation, or the exact location in Zeilstraße, because the navigation systems led us too far in. But a supermarket was only a few minutes' drive away, the rooms were clean and spacious, sanitary facilities also in perfect condition. We arrived with 6 motorcycles, which could be parked on the driveway directly in front of the front door without any problems, no long hauling, that was really great. In the evening, the six of us cooked, ate and sat on the porch. We slept well and after a night with the motorcycles, we drove on to the Alps. Very nice host, very good accommodation, if I come to the area again, I would stay there again.

A beautiful house, with an even more beautiful view. Exactly as in the picture. Fine beds, a lovely shower and all amenities were there. The children could sleep well with all the blackout options. Antoine always responded very quickly and made us feel like no question was too crazy. All the toys that were present made it a party for the children, especially do not bring too much yourself. Antoine even lent us a few sledges that we had a lot of fun all week with! There were 2 little things that are good to consider with little kids: The end of the garden has no deposit and runs down a slope. We were able to explain it to our 1.5 year old. The ball was quickly lost, but could be picked up again:). There is nothing to walk from the house because of its location against the mountain. That gives an amazing view, but you do everything by car. Good to keep in mind if you come with 1 car. Thanks Antoine!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Sandrine and Jean-Marc’s place. The house is spotless with a lovely modern décor. Lots of amenities and obviously very well looked after. There is a large private garden for use by guests too. The location is a fantastic base for exploring the region - 20 mins by car takes you into the heart of Chamonix and the foot of Mont Blanc, with all of the outdoor activities that come with it - our dog loved the hikes we took him on! Sandrine and Jean-Marc were wonderful hosts - very friendly and responsive throughout! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a perfect stay at the cottage - very cozy and looks exactly like the photos. It is extremely clean and well maintained, the views are stunning and the hosts very responsive. Already looking at coming back again next year as we loved it so much. Thank you so much!! x

The Chalet was in prime position, not too close but well within a short drive to the nearest town & mountains for snowboarding. Getting to the chalet was easy thanks to the hosts excellent communication and directions. The chalet itself is a wonderful place. Clean, extremely roomy, and with the most wonderful views down into the valley of Les Houches. It felt like a home from home for the few days we were present there. Great kitchen, huge dining table and living room and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough, and it was perfect for a group of nine who had travelled to France by car. When we come back for our next visit, this place will be at the top of our list.

PERFECT! For me there is nothing to say. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, well located and above all very well equipped, it is ready to welcome people even the extension cords are already installed, everything is well thought out and quality, what a pleasure to have so many pots, cutlery, glasses, dishes, crepe maker etc... And the owners are very kind and good advice. I RECOMMEND

Anne's place is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the beautiful town of Chamonix. The surroundings are peaceful and yet very close to city center,restaurants,supermarkets and everything is at walking distance. The house had everything that a family with children might need. Communication with Anne was super easy, check in was very smooth and the house is very easy to find.

Great cozy place with snow mountain view to chill around. Location is also convenient to go shopping & exploring in town. My friends and I enjoyed staying here. Thanks for great stay

We had a very good stay with the family at Béatrice's, in a good setting, a haven of peace. This house feels like home, thank you again for the welcome and the little tips. Béatrice and her husband are pleasant and friendly people, I think I will come back without any worries.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

stay of a few nights perfect for our family, peaceful location, ideal for hiking, village visits (Sixt, Samoëns, etc.). clean, spacious accommodation, we did not meet the owners but very active by messaging. i recommend 😉

We were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful south-facing garden. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. Only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors snoring. William is a host to recommend and we will be back.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .
