Furnished in a nautical style, it resembles a sailing ship in motion. The mirrored window allows you to enjoy a coffee or lunch in total privacy while admiring the sea. Just 20 minutes by train from the Roma San Pietro station, the house is close to Etruscan Necropolis of Banditaccia and the Torre Flavia Natural Park, ideal for walks in the nature.

My home is small and cosy with everything you need. It's an apartment on the first floor of a small building with just 6 apartments. There isn't a lift. It's perfect for a couple or a small family. N.B. It is my primary residence so there are my personal belongings which will make you feel at home from home.
