Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Just 300m from the beach and near restaurants, ice-cream parlours, the main square where there is a weekly market and supermarkets. My home is small and cosy with everything you need. It's an apartment on the first floor of a small building with just 6 apartments. There isn't a lift. It's perfect for a couple or a small family. N.B. It is my primary residence so there are my personal belongings which will make you feel at home from home.

Lovely stay in a scenic setting. Close to the airport, close to the beaches, and surprisingly close to Rome (by car). Check-in was flexible, and we were fully provided with instructions. The apartment was very clean and amazingly spacious. The jacuzzi was a bit cloudy, but what a treat! Absolutely loved the pool. In town, just around the corner, there are a few nice restaurants and several supermarkets. Ideal for people wanting some relaxation while visiting Rome. I can also imagine it is great fun for kids. The landlord was friendly and answered all our questions. Be aware that there are taxes to be paid outside of Airbnb, and watch what buttons you press, as you might end up taking a cold shower. Would highly recommend to everyone — we had an amazing stay!

Nadio was a wonderful host! The home was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful treat, which was such a lovely touch. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare delicious meals during our stay. The home was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and restful vacation. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend staying at Nadio’s place!

Ideal for those with small children, everything is taken care of in every detail (from the bathrobe to the games for the bath, from the high chair to the pappa set). Quick and easy communication. Thank you so much to Nicola's family! They invited us in to a perfectly prepared home with the kindest reception from Louisa, Nicola's wife. Louisa showed genuine and kind care, she made sure we knew exactly how to feel comfortable in the home and at the same time she made sure we had all the information we need to navigate and explore Rome from their perfectly peaceful and secure getaway. Raffaele, their son in law, was so quick to respond to messages and give recommendations, so that our check-in was perfect and our visit was fun. For us we can't imagine a better way to explore Rome, with only a 20 minute train ride to Rome and the train station a minute walk from your front door. We felt so lucky to find this fully equipped home run by the kindest and most caring family you will ever meet. Thank you so much!

This is the place! Stop your search right now and pick Emilia's place. Just trust me on this. I'm an airline pilot who uses Airbnb a lot and this is by far one of the best stays you'll find. The location is great and the home has recently been renovated and it is really nice! AC worked great. The bathroom was spotless and modern. The shower is very spacious with a great shower head. The home is walkable distance to anything in Fiumicino and there are two bus stops very close by. We took our time getting out of the airport and Emilia ended up taking care of the transportation for us. It worked seamlessly and was a very reasonable price. We even got a ride to the airport at 0330 without issue. Overall a perfect stay. So, again, stop the search and just book here. You won't be disappointed.
