Apartment 01 ground floor 500 meters from Cal Beach

It is a private apartment that is on the ground floor, inside a patio with more rooms for rent where I live with my family. It is a quiet and safe environment. The space is 500 meters from Cal Beach and 500 meters from the Guarita Beach portico. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed + a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. We have parking ONLY AT NIGHT, in a closed and secure patio, but it is not covered. THE APARTMENT IS SUITABLE FOR UP TO 3 PEOPLE, WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

Lindo Studio Near Nova Orla Gastronômica

Property with high ceilings and beautifully decorated to serve our guests. It is a spacious and comfortable studio! 30 m2, well-lit and with amenities. It is in the back of the owners' residence but has a separate entrance. Located 400 meters from Molhes Beach and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils to prepare small meals but, if you prefer, the best restaurants in town are nearby! A bakery, supermarket and pizzeria can also be found in the neighborhood

The atmosphere is perfect for those looking for comfort and practicality to relax and enjoy. Integrated environment: double bed, cold air conditioning, TV, 500 mg Wi-Fi, dining table; Mini kitchen with 2-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, air fryer, electric kettle, sandwich maker, household utensils and bed linen. Towers - Nice little corner.

My space is a small apartment, kitchen/laundry room and bathroom, independent of the main house, sleeps well 3 people,air conditioning, WIFI, full kitchen with a small garden, covered garage, all enclosed and individual patio. It is in the city center, close to markets, pharmacies and general shops. The beach is about 1500m. Clean, safe and organized environment. We do not offer hotel services such as personal utensils, towels etc. Just bedding.

We are in a beautiful place, but next to the beautiful Itapeva beach - about 1.5 km - to the Itapeva State Park and the Itapeva Lagoon. In this property, which is fully independent main house, we accommodate a couple. Conjoined dining room and kitchen, and large barbecue area with clay oven, tables and stools to share with other guests! Parking is in the courtyard. Pets as long as small and docile are welcome!
