The host, Daniel, is very friendly and cordial, the accommodation serves well, it is in front of the beach, near Torres. We were very satisfied!

I loved the stay, we were very well received by Cláudia and her husband, a very kind and cheerful couple who gave us a lot of attention, not to mention the convenience, very clean and smelling, bedding with that smell in the wonderful softener. from super new house utensils, super comfortable house, quiet and calm place to rest after the tours, not to mention the spoils that Cláudia does, I only have to thank you, I hope to be able to come back more times, it was my best app experience. very good, quiet and safe place, very close beach, the house is very comfortable for 6 people, has 3 pools, small medium and a large one and has a block within the condominium. There are small markets nearby, and others larger for about 10 minutes. We like it very much and we will be back.

The stay was Great !! From the first contact with Hebert, to check in with Mrs. Dina , the house is wonderful, cozy, super clean and organized, has everything you need, a spectacular terrace with barbecue and a beautiful view of the beach...and still has an internal barbecue. In other words, with any time the barbecue is guaranteed, it has a market close. The condominium is quiet, has great pools and very safe , we also have the attention of Mrs. Beth who takes care of the organization of the house with a lot of affection and always willing to help, our checkout was also very quiet, it was an excellent choice is that place that gives you will to return..Thank you to the hosts.. Great stay! The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean! The building is very well located, near the waterfront and the gastronomic zone of Torres. No need to pick up the car. Angela was super attentive and gave us several tips about the city! Super approved!

The stay fully met expectations. The house is new, well structured and safe, with a large patio and swimming pool in great condition. The location is strategic, in a quiet area and easy access to the beach. The rooms are functional and well equipped. We were staying for two weeks at the Brisa house. The excellent location, very close to the sea and the Mampituba River Rim Rim which has been revitalized , getting very beautiful and delicious to walk or simply sit and enjoy the scenery with great restaurants . Communication with Marina was quiet, check in with perfect Loreci. It is a large, airy house, closed patio, safe place, has everything you need for a stay. In the back has a very nice space with large kitchen, laundry and one more bedroom with bathroom. Closed garage. We definitely indicate the Brisa de Marina house.

Our stay was wonderful, the apartment very well located with a beautiful waterfront for sightseeing and the beach very close by... The family was very receptive and served us in everything we needed. Super recommend and we will definitely be back.
