Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Passignano sul Trasimeno

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

If you are looking for a little piece of heaven look no further. Vignoni Alto is peaceful and incredibly beautiful. Stefano met us and showed us everything about the apartment and the historic hamlet. His instructions and recommendations were very helpful. The apartment is not far from the restaurants in Bagno Vignoni. Stefano really is a perfect host—responsive, friendly and proactive. Our only regret was that after a week we had to leave.

Marta was a great host. Always quick to respond and help if needed. Made excellent recommendations for local restaurants. But the real topper was the home. It gave the feel of living as a “Noble” in the heart of Montepulciano. Sunroom and back yard were great to lounge, read and of course drink awesome local wine. Highly recommend this Air B&B for those travelling with a family or two couples.

Such a lovely home with unique touches. Very comfortable for our family of 4. On the edge of town with beautiful surroundings. Easy walkable access to all Assisi has to offer! Host is very helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

We loved staying at Anna’s apartment and she went over and above on helping us. She picked us up at the bus station and drove us up to her place, then she explained where things were as we drove through the village. When we got to the apartment she explained how things worked and where things were in the apartment. There was a little language barrier as she doesn’t know a lot of English and we don’t know a lot of Italian but we were able to figure things out with her and she was very gracious and patient with us. The apartment is right in the heart of the village with plenty of stores, restaurants and wine tasting rooms near by. On the day that we were scheduled to leave we had a problem getting a taxi to get us back to the train station, even though we booked it the day before and we messaged Anna and she got right on it and got it done for us. She is a God send. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to come back to Montepulciano.

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

Un appartamento meraviglioso in centro ad Assisi, bellissimi arredi e affreschi! Peccato non essere rimasti più giorni!

This place is pure magic. You are perched on top of a hill with an endless view out over Umbria. You could stare at it all day. The interior is simple but well appointed and has everything you need. But we spent all of our time outside - a beautiful dining table and lounge chairs look out over the view, and amazing pool with the same view, a wood-fired bbq where we cooked all of our meals. It was my wife, out 2-year-old and myself, and we had the most amazing time relaxing on the property. Radicofani, is an ancient town, frozen in time and only a 4 minute drive away - it's got a coupe great resturants, good butcher, cafe and bakery and a very cool fortress. We took a day trip to Pienza (stunning) and another to the amazing "Balena Bianca" hot springs. Google it! This place makes the perfect basecamp for day trips, or the ideal spot to kick back and relax. The host are super responsive and a huge help for tips, ideas or if you need anything. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

Federico and his mother who is the cohost couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding when our plane was late landing and therefore our arrival delayed. We very much appreciated this after a long day’s travelling. The apartment is superb and very spacious and its position overlooking Piazza Grande just magical. The decor is contemporary and all is very comfortable; the bedrooms at the back very quiet. Much appreciated the tea and coffee and bathroom toiletries. It was quite a walk with luggage up and down from the recommended parking lot and in the dark not entirely easy to find but perhaps there’s no way around this. Thank you for a brief but lovely stay.

Perfect apartment in a charming farmhouse. Beautiful gardens and view - loved spending one of our days at the pool. Close proximity to grocery stores in Camucia and all Cortona has to offer. Ideal home base for day trips - cannot recommend enough!

A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

J’ai passé 2 jours merveilleux dans la belle maison ! La maison est très mignonne, le jardin est magnifique ! Et la vue a coupé le souffle ! Il a différents petits coins très mignon pour boire un verre dans le jardin. Le jardin est très calme et paisible, nous étions vraiment dans notre petite bulle, jardin très intime. La déco de la maison est rustique mais choisi avec soin qui corresponds au charme de la maison. La communication avec Cristiana a été super, arrivée très flexible, elle nous a conseillé plein d’activité dans la région. Cristiana est super super hôte, très serviable et gentille ! Le dernier jour nous avons même pu partir à l’heure que nous souhaitons.

Cases Nucci was a magnificent place. The views are amazing. The history behind the property was so cool. Ricardo was so nice and helpful from checking in, recommendations, and showing us around. I would love to come back here again. What a hidden gem!

Das Anwesen ist absolut weitläufig, liebevoll ausgestattet, unglaublich toll gepflegt und mit Liebe geführt. Marta und Ihre Familie sind absolut liebenswert und kümmern sich ganz reizend um ihre Gäste. Es werden einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der Pizza-Abend war ganz wunderbar und für uns ein gelungener Abschluss unseres Aufenthaltes. Wer traumhaftes, abgelegenes toskanisches Ambiente und liebevolle Gastgeber sucht ist in "Poggio del Fattore" genau richtig.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house and property are gorgeous! It really was like a dream - staying in the perfect Italian villa! Rooms were spacious and comfortable; the property was even more beautiful than we expected: and the house so well-equipped. And the hosts went out of their way to help us out. They were so attentive and helpful when we had questions. And we loved having a dinner cooked at home by a wonderful chef. We'd agree with other reviewers about having an SUV to manage the bumpy windy roads. But it was worth it. We absolutely recommend this wonderful spot and would be eager to come again.
