Waterfront holiday rentals in Passau

We have stayed in many airbnbs. This was one of our very favorites. The apartment is spacious and light and very tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The location was superb. I would recommend this spot without any hesitation. We would change nothing about our stay, and are already making plans to stay here again in the future. Absolutely loved it!

Everything was great, the unusual setting of the farm was very pleasant.

Had a brief but lovely stay. The washing machine in the bathroom is dull placed for space reasons. Maybe you can make a damper or the like at the door so that you don't hit the washing machine when you open the door.

Easily one of the best, super clean apartment, friendly host, great surroundings and easy access to attractions in Passau. The only thing you might consider is the height of ceiling, which is not a big deal for people below 180 cm height.

The apartment is quiet and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home at Ann's first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful host, she always shared with us with questions, even an appointment for the veterinarian she made clear for us with her doc when our dog needed dogs. Thank you, we would love to come back!

Absolutely perfect! we loved this place and felt right home. We would come again.

The Klause is a nature pure wellness oasis in a beautiful and secluded location. The hot tube and sauna are definitely worth booking. Matthias is a great host who is very helpful and spontaneously fulfilled wishes (garden shower, sauna aroma). The house and property still has so much potential and you can feel Matthias still has many plans and is open to improvements. What's good to know: House is completely self-sufficient via solar power. Only 3 cars are allowed to park at the house, other cars are 1 km away. Hot water is heated in the boiler with wood.

we arrived a little later after some complications, this was no problem at all. We were warmly welcomed and immediately a tour with an explanation of everything. Everything was super clean and there was even some goodies to drink ready. We got some more fun tips for the area. We felt right at home. This airbnb is definitely recommended, we would love to come back here

The stay was very good! At Elisabeth's, you are right in the middle of the family, with heart she leads her guests into a magical stay. Here you have the opportunity to switch off and put down travel efforts. Fresh fruits from the garden are on the breakfast table and in the evening you can sit, if you want, in the large kitchen to eat and discuss.

Roland is a very good host and a very nice person in general. If you need advice, he will help you, very unobtrusively, gladly. There is nothing to complain about in the neighborhood, it was the starting point for beautiful bike tours on the Danube and Vils.

We arrived with 9 people and rented the vacation home and the studio together. From the first moment, we were completely thrilled with the two accommodations, the magnificent furnishings, the more than complete amenities and the unique location. Our hosts Heidi and Christian responded to questions quickly and, above all, to our complete satisfaction. We would have liked to stay longer and would very much like to come again.

Wonderful old house, which fortunately has not been renovated to death. Very spacious, beautiful large garden and very friendly landlords who live in the neighboring house and have many tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. The kitchen is a bit small for people who really want to cook, but it is well stocked with coffee, tea and other small items. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to add a few more days to the extended weekend.

We have now been to the house in the forest for the second time and this time it was wonderful! The location directly on the edge of the forest is perfect and the furnishings in the house leave nothing to be desired. Directly from the house you can do beautiful hikes. I'm sure we'll be back a 3rd time:)

The time at Sigrid's was very nice! The apartment is super nice! Great furnishings, super clean and you have everything you need! The communication with Sigrid was also great. She is very nice, always has good tips for things to do and great restaurants! All in all, we had a relaxing, pleasant time at Sigrid's! Thanks very much😊.

Annette and Norbert's place was perfect. We were a family of four with two dogs and each had their own space in their own home. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you need to cook. It was raining a lot when we were there and we enjoyed the evenings eating great dinners at home and relaxing on the couch in front of the TV. On the days we stayed, we only used the car once to go to the supermarket 10 minutes away. All other times we went out for numerous trails directly on foot. Also the path where you can see the animals can be seen we reached on foot on foot in a few minutes. Beautiful walks around Finally, our breakfasts were even more delicious with the fantastic jam they gave us, and our dogs were very happy with the snacks left for them. Thank you for everything

We felt very comfortable in Annette's apartment! Above all, we liked the large windows and the balcony overlooking nature, the kitchen and the fireplace. There are hiking trails on site, e.g. to the Weißenstein castle ruin. We had a very relaxing time and will be back.

Apartment in Wels: Quiet, close to the center (car recommended), parking right in front of the house. Access and entrance without steps. Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom (and toilet separated by a partition wall). In addition to curtains and drapes, there are also shutters for very good darkening. Children's room = play paradise (books, games, vehicles, etc. in very good condition - we hope that future guests will also take care of them).

We had a long drive prior to our check in. We arrived tired and hungry nonetheless all those feelings went out of the window the moment we stepped in the apartment. Everything was perfect, squeaky clean, comfortable and cozy. One of the best places we have stayed. The host was responsive and tried to help as much as he could. We will definitely come back to stay longer in order to have the chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. 100% recommend !!!

Nice place to stay, good amenities, lots of recreational opportunities in the resort, hiking trails outside the door.
