I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

We would definitely book this place again if the need arises. The place was clean when we arrived and felt very homey. I even asked if the unit was available for long-term rent. The entire residence was a great place to stay, with a good community and excellent facilities and amenities. It truly felt like home, and we felt secure throughout our stay. William was also very responsive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better.

The host was very responsive and easy to deal with, great place to stay if you are looking for something that is walkable to many restaurants. The building is connected to uptown mall so you don’t have to walk outside if it’s raining. We enjoy our stay and definitely go back again. Thank you Aeryka!!

We had an amazing experience staying at this place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but still close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. Also, Alvin and Joel were very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay in Makati.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Clean and beautiful view from this apartment I watched then sunset and sunrise each day. Conveniently located beside the century mall. Easy to get around to.

No wonder they are Superhosts! Gil and the team were great. Location opposite beautiful parks, safe to walk day and night. Easy short walk to Greenbelt. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This place is awesome! The unit offers a breathtaking city view from the balcony and we really enjoy our stay. Also ate diana is really responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back here.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

We had a great experience during our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and kitchen was fully equipped. Everything we needed was there. The only minor issue was that the shower door wouldn’t close properly, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. Thank you!

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean. Just a quick 10 to 12-minute drive to BGC and Venice Grand Canal Mall. There’s also a mall within the property, so everything you need is super convenient. Would recommend.

Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush, EVERYTHING is provided - soap, paper towels, common cooking spices, first aid kit, etc. Damon and his nephew Martin were super responsive and extremely accommodating especially when it came to the super late check-in time. My wife and I loved the unit and its amenities. After a few days, we encountered a problem with the microwave but Damon and Martin came through right away and fixed the issue. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and a welcome surprise especially coming from a place where low water pressure is the norm. However, as a downside to this is…beware of the bum gun! TMI? Hopefully we will get to stay here again the next time we are in Manila.

Jon was very responsive. The place was neat and organized and every corner has simple instructions. I love how it feels cool as soon as I got into the unit too. Will definitely book again next time I needed to go back to BGC for business trip.
