Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Peter’s place feels very homey and is perfect for those traveling with furbabies—the building is super pet-friendly! The unit is clean and has a lovely view from the balcony, which we really enjoyed. There's a convenient store right in the basement stocked with everything you might need, which made things so easy. The Wi-Fi is strong, which made working remotely a breeze. During our stay, the rice cooker wasn’t working, but Peter’s associate was kind enough to promptly provide a replacement—we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture! The space is great for a long-term stay. It’s spacious enough for a family of four and has everything you need within reach. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend it!

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Staying at Chum’s was very easy and we felt right at home. She’s a very responsive host and catered to all of our needs. The place is just as described, you can cook, use the spa and other facilities. It’s very accessible and close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again when we come back to Makati.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is worth the price. It is relaxing and complete with all the things needed for our stay. Aside from that the host set clear instructions before and during the stay and responsive on our quiries.

We enjoyed our unfortunately short stay at Garry's beautifully presented, comfortable and thoughtfully fitted out and well equipped unit. We appreciated the dual tv's and the great sound system in the living room which was great for listening to our fave hip hop tracks. The nearby Century City mall and supermarket was really convenient and we took advantage of the excellent laundry service in th ebuilding.

Perfect space. Perfect staycation experience. Perfect host. The place is so clean and maintained. The aircon is in perfect condition. Bed is of high quality and you can easily fall asleep. There's umbrella you can borrow just in case you'll need it when you go outside. All furniture almost brand new. We will surely book again when we travel back to Manila. Highly recommended!

Highly, highly recommend! My partner and I stayed at Amer’s unit for 3 months and it had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The unit itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals at home. It even has a PS4, which kept us entertained on many nights. We also really loved the balcony, which had a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view of Manila. The building was convenient, with a water refill station, a self-service laundromat, a convenience store, and even a café and restaurant. The location was perfect. It’s close to BGC, Megamall, and LRT. It was easy to book a Grab or catch a tricycle right outside the building. Amer was an amazing and considerate host. He always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and thoughtful enough to provide complimentary snacks and a universal socket since he knew I was visiting from abroad. This place is a gem. Definitely would stay again!

The unit itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view overlooking Manila Bay — absolutely perfect, especially during sunset. The location is very convenient and accessible. It’s just a short walk to the mall, food chains, pharmacies, and most importantly, the US Embassy and St. Luke’s Medical Center, which was the main reason for our trip. Everything we needed was within reach. Another thing we really appreciated was the high level of security in the building. We felt safe throughout our stay, with attentive guards and strict access protocols in place. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — whether for leisure or official appointments. We’d definitely stay here again! 💓

This was our second time staying here. I booked this for 4 nights during our annual convention. My kids and nannies went with me, hence I needed an apartment style place to stay in. Ruth's place perfectly fit our needs. My kids wanted a place very near the malls, I needed something that's very near EDSA Shangrila Hotel where our convention was held. The place is spotless and I love the fact that it has its own laundry. No need to pack so much and we get to go home with clean clothes. 😊 Hope it's available again same time next year. Hehehe

The space itself was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The collection of Taylor Swift memorabilia is amazing and a wonderful space for any Swiftie to enjoy!

The place was as described - clean and homey. We actually live nearby and just needed a place to stay during a scheduled power interuption in our own condo. We only had to bring a few things since the place already includes all necessary appliances and kitchen essentials. Would definitely recommend staying in the area since it's near a lot of restos, malls and groceries. We had a comfortable stay.
