Dhine was a superb host, her place is both quiet and offers a skyline view over Makati and to the left even to BGC. The apartment is fully equipped and located inside a nice condo building with full amenities. Thanks again for the pleasant stay :-)

We had an excellent and very comfortable 18-day stay at Mica’s Place. What a great location! SM Mega Mall is just a few steps away, where you’ll find a wide range of retail stores, restaurants, salons, etc. St. Francis Church is just around the corner you don’t need to use Grab to attend mass. Very accessible to a lot of things you want to do. The hosts Anna and Charlie are so nice, kind and responsive. Anna made sure we are well taken cared of. She went way above and beyond our expectations. Very approachable, friendly, and comfortable to talk to. We highly recommend Mica’s Place!

Sir Toshi was really accommodating and patient with all of my inquiries. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Great place if you want to relax since there's a beautiful view of the city. Check-in was very smooth since all information was communicated to the front desk already. Will definitely book with them again.

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Everything described in this unit is correct. The location is perfect, great selections of places to eat and also cafes nearby. Check in was smooth and the host even allowed early check in for me which I sooo appreciate. I stayed in Friday night and there was noise coming from the Greenfield venue down and it xan be heard through the unit even the windows are closed. The only thing that bothers me was the bed linens, I am very sensitive to sheets that are not thoroughly cleaned or dusty because it was itchy on my skin. But I would definitely stay there again

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

It feels nasa probinsya talaga when entered. Lalo na ung amoy, very fresh tapos lalo na pg nagiihaw kayo. Worth it sya kc makakatipid ka sa transpo kasi within the metro lang talaga. Super ganda ng place at rooms! Perfect sya for me lalo na maarte talaga ako. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and hindi nya ko minamadali to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the amenities, to the helpful and efficient service of the caretakers. I definitely recommend this to everyone, and will definitely book again should the opportunity arise.

Definitely worth every peso. It was amazing staying at Balai Annaya. True to their words, our stay was charming & comfortable. Every part of the house was clean. Kitchen, bed rooms, and comfort rooms amenities are complete. The location was near almost everything - so it was also easy to have things/foods delivered. Super accommodating & generous din ni Ms. Anne & her family. We are very thankful. We felt super bitin talaga sa stay namin haha.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was spacious and great for our group of 8. Location was convenient, with lots of nearby convenience stores—even big ones like 7/11. WiFi was fast and reliable, though the provided password didn’t work—we used the default from the router (minor issue). A few things need improvement: the stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor have one step that can be lifted and two others that are loose—potential safety risk. The aircon in the large 3rd floor room barely cooled and likely needs cleaning. The kitchen knife was a real bummer—very dull and hard to use, which made cooking frustrating. No complimentary shampoo, only body soap—not a big deal for us, but worth noting. All doorknobs felt worn and should be replaced. Despite these, we still had a pleasant stay. With a few fixes, this place could be even better for future guests.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Great place with a great view. Walking distance to Shangrila Plaza and Megamall, with all the possibilities for shopping and restaurants. Easy to catch a Grab to other parts of Metromanila

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mary Ann's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity you could need. The condo had everything one could ask for. I had the opportunity to stay during the new year and was lucky enough to catch the view of spectacular fireworks right from the comfort of the balcony. All the markets and malls are at a walking distance which means i always had the reason to go for a walk :). Apart from that the warm hospitality and the responsiveness I could not ask for anything more.

Had a nice stay. The room has a dedicated workplace - very helpful for a remote employee like me. We also had a great fun with their board games and cards. Will surely book it in our next trip.
