house was very clean and comfy, felt right at home. love the fenced in back yard for us and the dogs only there one night to visit family so didn't have time to explore the area but was easy to find and close to restaurants, gas, and groceries. highly recommend!

We have stayed in many rentals since our home flooded and Nemely's is the absolute cleanest Airbnb I have stayed in. I am very picky and usually don't take the time to leave reviews even when I am unsatisfied, but finding a clean and welcoming rental is not easy. I can tell when someone goes the extra mile and we have stayed here twice when most I refuse to return to. This is an unexpected find; a newer CLEAN rental in a quiet, hidden neighborhood.

Charise is always so kind, she even leaves me a special treat she knows I like.

Hosts were very helpful upon check-in, meeting my son since my flight was delayed several hours. Mrs. Carol was so nice when I had to call her about leaving the garage door open and I was halfway to a graduation I had flown in to attend, I was several miles down the road and realized I didn’t shut the garage door in my hurry. She personally walked over and closed it and didn’t give me any issues about it. House was very nicely stocked and it felt homey. It isn’t over the top fancy, but if you are looking for a nice place with a good pool, nice grill, and close to different activities, this is the spot for you! Thanks so much to the hosts for opening up your home! By the way, beds were comfy!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the country house. Everything was clean and easy to find. I appreciated that all cleaning supplies , papertowels , toilet paper etcetera was on hand in the home.

This place was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the house was clean and welcoming. Everything I needed was exactly where Kimberleigh said it would be. Kimberleigh has everything you could possibly need, from make up remover wipes to hair ties and straighteners in case you forgot your own. The home was sparkling clean and quite comfortable, with extra throw blankets and pillows. Every detail you can think of for a peaceful getaway has been executed. Kimberleigh, thank you for the clear communication and quick responses to everything and having such a beautiful getaway spot you’re willing to share with the world. I didn’t want to leave but I will certainly be back.

We really enjoyed this home,… largely in part because it was in such a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The three bathrooms with showers was also a bonus! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe as we walked our dog every morning with no worries. We loved how the house and kitchen were so well equipped as we didn’t have to run to the store for things like spices, paper towels and Reynolds wrap. (Even supplied zip lock baggies too!!). Plenty of life jackets and towels we didn’t need ours! Just very well equipped. Thank you Kristina for allowing us to stay in your home. 🏠

We spent a week there and it was lovely! Very clean space and cozy for 2 people, great location as well! The space has everything you need, you can tell the hosts are experienced in hospitality, highly recommend!

Cascade’s place was perfect for our stay for my daughter’s lacrosse tournament. It was only 15 minutes from the venue, close to grocery stores, and less than what a weekend at the hotels would be, with more privacy. The owner was very responsive to our questions or concerns, and she was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

This Airbnb was everything we could've asked for and more while staying in Dade City to visit family. It was in a good location, everything was very clean and tidy, and the space was very welcome. They had toys, a pack n play, and left tasty cookies out for us, making it an extra welcoming environment for my children. I can't wait to stay here again!

Donna’s place was clean and exactly like described. My dad stayed for a month in the New Port Richey area to get out of NYS during the winter. He enjoyed his stay. Has everything he needed. I even visited with my 9 month old daughter and Donna had a pack n play that we used as her crib to sleep. It was very convenient. He said he walked downtown where everything was going on in less than 10 mins. Good location.

Jim was a great Host. Meet me at the unit went over features of the unit made sure we knew where to find the Internet code, door lock code and how to reach him if we had any questions. Look forward to rent from Jim again.

Rich was a very great host and so responsive! He even offered to come over to fix the TV remote at 9:00 at night before I figured it out. The place was beautiful and so clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and perfect for my wife and 2 kids to go and enjoy some time together. I would definitely come back!

I had a good stay. Nice quiet place. I felt comfortable every night. I would definitely stay there again.

I gave 5 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things beyond the owner’s control that are worth noting. I didn’t want to dock them in stars but they could be an issue for other guests. Pros: Beautiful community, apartment was clean and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked, The balcony overlooking the golf course offered relaxing views. Beds were comfy, washer/dryer in unit and plenty of hot water. Cons: Parking- the listing says, first come first served. As a property manager myself, I took that to mean there is no assigned spot outside your door but that parking would still be available somewhere. This was not the case. There are 17 spots and 1 handicapped spot for 32 units. I have handicapped plates so it worked out for me, but lots of frustrated folks. Also, the building is not for those with mobility issues; lots of stairs. Lastly, the neighbors are heavy smokers so we didn’t use the balcony as much as we had hoped too. We would still stay again though.

Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Pretty scenery from 1st floor. The amenities of the pool, and game room were family friendly. private beach , nature walk were a delight. Will definitely be back.

The place was very clean and neat when I arrived. The owners placed a binder near the front door that gives small information such as food places, laundry facilities, etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a small vacation for about a week or less!
