Holiday rentals with a patio in Pasadena

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Great weekend stay in Baltimore. Would book again! The place was clean, easy to find, and stocked with everything you need. Parking was tough but overall location was great with lots of walkable places nearby and a quick uber or car ride to other attractions in the area.

Erin’s place is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The shower is huge and the water pressure is better than what I have at home. There’s plenty of room for luggage, and she supplies everything you would need for a nice little getaway. I’ll be booking through Erin every time I’m visiting Virginia.

Chris's place is in a beautiful, sweet, quiet neighborhood full of beautiful homes and a vibrant community. It is very walkable and we had a great time exploring.

It was the perfect overnight stay for a college graduation. The location was convenient and the stay was comfortable and accommodating. It was nice to have the necessities of home available. Thank you.

The place has all the amenities like cooking, great shower, has a washing machine and dryer. Has netflix access so you wont bored. Easy access to highways. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. We have a great time staying in this place.

For our visit to Maryland, we wanted a place that's clean, safe, quiet and relatively affordable, knowing we'd spend most of our time out and about and just come back to sleep, and Geetank's place was just that. First off, the entire driveway is reserved for guests' use. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and clean. All the furniture is simple and functional. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but also close to shops and restaurants. Geetank greeted us the moment we arrived. The next morning, when part of our family flew in on a red-eye flight and needed to catch up on sleep until noon, Greetank kept his upstairs noise to the minimum for the entire time and our family appreciate his extra effort. If we were to visit Maryland again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Very quiet location but not far from amenities. The home had an attention to detail that not all air bnbs do (for example enough towel hooks for everyone staying!) as well as basic cooking amenities

The house is easy to find and has a great outdoor seating area. The house and linens were very clean and Sekai even provided fresh fruit upon arrival! The stocked Kurig pods were very handy and appreciated in the morning as well. From this location you have easy access to downtown Annapolis and all of its history. If you go the other way out of the neighborhood, you can browse the mall and TownCentre for all your other shopping needs. This is a pet friendly house that you would not know there had ever been a dog in there. Fortunately, ours was well behaved so you still won't know a pet was ever there! He enjoyed walking the large private yard.

A gorgeous gem in the center of everything! Ally’s place is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen, enjoyed time on the sunny patio, and walked to many amazing restaurants and shops. There were lots of thoughtful details - from the umbrella that helped out in a sudden rain storm to the labels on the light switches. Truly a gorgeous property in a prime location!

Our weekend was a great success, partly due to the very satisfactory place to stay. It was clean, tidy, nicely organized, and at a great location for us.

great host, location, and space! i stayed here for my graduation and it was the perfect space- in pristine condition and so homey (solid set of amenities). i loved the master bed which connects to the rooftop and has it own bath. kenneth was consistently fast to reply and very helpful, and friendly! location was about a 30min drive from homewood field (JHU), but many restaurants and promenade by the water close by (walkable). would definitely recommend and stay again :) tysm kenneth!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! I gave it five stars across the board and would absolutely stay again. My only sing a note I would say is the shower upstairs water did not get very hot on either of the days… But other than that everything about this Airbnb is phenomenal and I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Very peaceful surroundings, you are out on a point overlooking the bay, with lots of outside space to relax in the mornings to enjoy your morning tea/coffee. I loved having the real fireplace and enjoyed an evening fire on the more chillier evenings. Felt at home and comfy.

From the moment we walked into this beautiful home, we felt relaxed! From the decor to the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy fire pit overlooking the water, it was the restful retreat we needed. Rebecca was super responsive, but there wasn’t anything we needed to ask for because it was all there! We especially loved the spacious master bedroom overlooking the water. Our 16 and 21 year old daughters loved this home as well. The neighborhood felt very safe. Be sure to try the crab cake sandwich at The Point restaurant! Would love to come back for another stay sometime!

We stayed for 5 nights at Shamim's place and we absolutely loved it! It was comfortable and we felt at home. We would definitely stay with them in our next trip to D.C.

This is a rare find and a real treat. I was visiting DC from the UK and had originally planned to stay in a hotel in downtown but as I live in a quiet English village I was worried about lack of sleep from the big city buzz. I searched for an Airbnb (as I always favour these v hotels) which highlighted safety and peace - and Celia's lovely apartment came up. This is such a fabulous place to stay in DC: very quiet and safe area, no night time noise, within 5 minutes of the metro station for a quick same-line journey to the centre, and very clean and comfortable. I loved every minute. The icing on the cake is it's such a great value. Thank you so much, Celia.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Alexander ist ein unfassbar netter Gastgeber, er war immer erreichbar und hat uns geholfen, die Wohnung sah aus wie beschrieben und war sehr einfach zu finden. Eine tolle Lage sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig, komme gerne jedes mal wieder her wenn ich in der Stadt bin.

My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!
