Our home is well loved and is a great place to spend some quality family time. It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

It's located in the small town of Powellville, Md. It is 21 miles from Assateague, 20 miles from Ocean City, 12 miles from Berlin, 13 miles from Salisbury and 41 miles from Chincotegue VA. Sorry we do not allow pets as some guest have pet allergies.

Total hidden gem! Commutation with Jacob was spot on and he was also available by phone when I had a question on how to turn on the shower. All photos are accurate. Room was ready far before my check in and automated instruction was clear. Room was clean and simple. Perfect for a short weekend get away! 10/10 ⭐️

Very nice place to stay! 40 mins from Ocean City, MD. Great place to stay for USSSA Nationals Tournament in Salisbury. Close to shopping centers and lots of restaurants. Townhouse was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive-would definitely stay here again.

It was a spur of the moment trip and we were leery about staying with the hosts as we never have before ..Edna and bill have changed our minds for sure .friendly..breakfast and coffee every morning..wonderful conversation.Edna knew all the good spots and was very knowledgeable of the area ! Thank you bill and Edna for making us feel at home while we enjoyed our weekend in beautiful Delaware ! Can’t wait to see you again

Was a nice couple days we stayed was easy for my baby to run around and not have to worry about him getting out since it’s all gated in. Was very nice. Spent most of the time outside since inside was small and not much to do since it’s a camper but was nice. ! Would stay again.
