First off, Joshua as a host is fantastic! Right from the start he was very quick to respond, very friendly, and answered our questions perfectly, which truly helped us prepare for a great trip. He also made sure to prioritize our safety with his tips, which we really appreciated. Throughout the trip he was also extremely helpful with additional questions we had. The location is gorgeous and convenient! Gerry's General store and the water spring are 1-2 minutes away by car. Commanda Lake is beautiful! The cottage was very well stocked with everything we needed for a great trip! Cutlery, cups, plates, pots.. everything and more! Firewood and kindling was readily available. He stocked us well with drinkable water while the pipes were off. The cottage was spotless and beautiful! The Incinolet was something new to me but was very easy to use with Joshua's instructions. All in all, we had a great trip thanks to Joshua and his well stocked, beautifully located cottage! Will come back!!

We’re really enjoying our stay at this Airbnb — the place is absolutely beautiful! It’s surrounded by peaceful water, so calm and serene, and everything about it feels just perfect. A true hidden gem for relaxation.

My husband and I spent a few nights here and it was fantastic. Brad and Erin were friendly and very responsive! The cottage was everything we were looking for. Quant, private, hot tub, on the lake, pet friendly. What more could you ask for? Highly, highly recommend!

This cottage is perfection. Liane & James are just SO lovely. If you're reading this, don't look any further. Just book it. We couldn't have had a better week at Follie's Cove. The cottage was the perfect mix of modern and rustic. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We felt at home instantly. The sunroom was the perfect chill spot for us and our two big dogs to get out of the sun/rain without feeling cooped up indoors. The beach was heaven for our dogs, and on a quiet end of the lake, so we saw few other people all week. The quintessential Muskoka experience! Liane and James were *beyond* wonderful. They set us up with a ton of breakfast food and desserts. Even offered to return the day after check-in to drop off more coffee. It truly felt like renting from friends. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from them and puttering around the lake. Wish I had more space to gush about the space and their incredible hospitality. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely beautiful! This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature! The cottage is very clean, cozy, beautifuly furnished & decortated. The kitchen was spotless and thoughtfuly stocked with everything we needed and more! The views of the lake from the dinning table were absolutely stunning! The hot tub: a big plus! Wonderful hosts- and very unique accommodations. Very cosy cabin, lovely campground and great amenities. We paid for the sauna- it would be cool to book the hot tub next time.

The property is cozy with a beautiful lake next to it (currently frozen). Lanny was great in hosting and gave all the recommendations for area.

The property is right by the lake, and it is so beautiful and peaceful. You have lots of open space to play volleyball, for outdoor brunch or bbq, bonfire and swimming. We also had free access to boating, and that was the highlight of the trip!! The views and peace we experienced while boating was amazing. The host was really helpful and accommodating. Our property manager Jade was lovely and extremely friendly as well. She was responsive and just a call away for any help we needed. I think the photos of this place doesn’t do enough justice to the property!! It is a great place and a must visit experience for families as well as friends!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped, has comfy beds and is dog friendly. Make sure to bring coffee, salt and pepper, oil, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towel and a hair dryer. We enjoyed the ice rink and outdoor hot tub and some snow shoe paths on the property. It's only a 20 min drive to the Bracebridge forest management centre which has well groomed cross country and snow shoe trails, no charge. We enjoyed our stay.

This townhouse cottage style like residence was absolutely perfect for myself, and my two boys who are in their teenage years. Great access to the beach and the canoe. The only issue was with the public pool, which I thought was a pool located on the premises, but it was located next-door at a resort wasn’t clean, or easy to get into but because we had the beachfront, the pool didn’t matter. For anyone who’s looking to have access to a pool this might not be the best place. Carolyn’s place was absolutely spotless clean. It had everything and more that we could’ve asked for. It was absolutely fantastic. We’re even looking at renting again thank you very much for your hospitality and we had a great experience. Thank you. This was the first time I’ve ever rented an Airbnb and I had such a positive experience thank you.

Cabin #9 was amazing! Perfect size for 2 people! Amazing balcony with a table and chairs and a BBQ. So much to do close by! Paddleboats, Kayaks, Canoes, a pool and more! Larger yard area to play some sports. Host was very responsive and super friendly! I would definitely come back again!

Loved our stay at the Stone Cottage. The style and decor are beautiful. Perfect size for our family to be together. Your restaurant is the perfect spot for breakfast and dinner, outside and inside. We loved the campfire and ability to sit by the water and walk to nearby coffee shop. The kids loved the pool and the pedal boats! We will definitely be back. Thank you for the warm welcoming service. We will recommend this location to all of our friends and family!

Deborah’s Villa was beautiful! It had all the amenities one could ask for and the quality of the finishings was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality dishes/pots and cutlery. It is a very spacious unit and from the moment we walked in we felt at home, as it was impeccably cleaned and very cozy. We loved all the amenities including the pool, hot tub, beach and recreation centre. The location is excellent and very close to both Bracebridge and Huntsville, if you choose to do any day outings. Deborah was a responsive and friendly host and reached out to us to make sure that we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend a stay at this Villa! and we hope to have the opportunity to come back for another relaxing week’s holiday!!

We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was incredible. The first thing you notice is the incredible decor, the lovely welcome. The cabin is really well stocked with all the things you'd need. I highly recommend it. Splurge on the hot tub. It's totally worth it. Really enjoyed our stay.

The kids and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the lake we would definitely recommend and we will likely go again!

This is a very peaceful and well maintained cottage. We enjoyed our vacation there and made use of all the amenities, including BBQ, kayaking, bon fire, pool, foose ball, TV, and more. Everything in the home was as it was described and we'll recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome experience in and around McKellar.

The location was perfect with stunning lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. The cottage itself was immaculate – cozy yet spacious, with all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining that charming, rustic feel. The hosts have ensured that you have fun activities for everyone staying at the place. There were Kayaks, Canoe and a motorboat, Firepit with ample firewood, Outdoor BBQ grill, Indoor games, Books, DVD player with lots of classic and popular movies and many more things. Shout out to the Super Hosts Wes and Jana for taking care of the place and guests with smallest requests. They were very responsive and would immediately come up for any help whenever needed, ensuring our stay was comfortable. They would even ask us if we needed anything from the market (like Milk, Coffee, etc) whenever they went out for their work. This was super sweet!! Highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to visit back in the future!!

Highly recommend the beach cabin for a relaxing getaway! The property offers a serene space to enjoy the outdoors, the lake and to grill on the beach side wood fire grill (so awesome )!! The host provided lots of water equipment to kayak, canoe and paddle board. The dock was a great spot to enjoy the mist on the water at sunrise and a picturesque sunset! The cabin was super cute, clean and offers a great space for rainy or colder times. Games and books were inside so we always had something to do. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and the covered patio offers another eating and hang out area. Great weekend and great memories were had here, come make yours!

We are a family of four with two young kids, and the stay in Azar’s peaceful waters cottage was great. The cottage is beautiful, decorated in very good taste, perfectly equipped and feels very homey. It is very clear that many details have been thought of to make it extremely friendly for guests, particularly for families (for example, there were spare change of sheets in the children’s bedrooms). We stayed there during a snowstorm weekend, so there we didn’t do a lot of travel around the area, but just staying in and hanging around the cottage was beautiful and very enjoyable. The location is very private and quiet. It is a perfect place for families. We would definitely come back to Azar’s cottage to visit the area at other seasons as well.

Such a peaceful location. We spent the evening on the dock watching the sky and listening to the Barred Owl, Loons, Spring Peepers, and American toad sing. It was magical. The place was immaculate and the ammenties were awesome! Took the kayaks out for a peaceful paddle and saw some beavers! Comfortable beds make for a serene sleep. If you are looking for a magical location for a family retreat, you have found the right one!

The place shows extraordinary care, and it was stacked with everything needed to enjoy our stay, including cutlery, cooking materials, spices, coffee etc. The entertainment options were unlimited at the place.
