We had a great stay! The house was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break. Communication with the host was smooth, and we’d love to stay here again.

Billie’s place was wonderful and a great value. Always communicated and resolved any issue we had. Keep in mind this place and others our family stayed at in Brian Head have no elevators and lots of steps. We certainly stepped up to fitness real quick which I was glad to do. We had a beautiful view from the 3rd floor.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luxury Downtown Getaway. The location was as easy as it gets for local restaurants, shopping, and access to expressways to visit the national parks. Our kids absolutely loved the putting green and the hot tub. The house ‘s open design is fantastic, allowing for us all having time together without being separated in different rooms while cooking and hanging out in the great room. The beds are comfortable, and the house is nice and quiet. Highly recommended!

What a perfect place for a large family reunion. It was even better than the photos. Our problem is always finding a place with enough bedrooms and beds-no problem here!! Plenty of space for grandkids to do their thing and adults to have their own space. Theater room was amazing and well used! Pool and hot tub were great. We loved it!!!

Ashley’s Airbnb was wonderful!!!! I can’t thank her enough. It was spotless inside and outside was so peaceful and beautiful. This was my first time in southern Utah and it won’t be the last. Ashley was very kind to me and my family and took the time to welcome us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, my kiddos would have liked to stay longer!

We came to Cedar City for a wedding. The house was conveniently 5min away from the venue. It was very clean & comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Merlin's place! It was clean, comfy, and in a very quiet semi-rural setting just outside of town - with great mountain views. The sunroom was wonderful morning and evening, and everything was so nicely decorated and provided for. Merlin is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with, and she also provided some local info and guidebooks which were very helpful to our plans. Go see the petroglyphs and dino tracks nearby if you have time! We loved the stay and hope to return.

Beautiful home. Recently remodeled and very modern. Nice finishes everywhere. The kitchen has basic cookware, but could use more utensils and mixing bowls, trays, etc. (we like to cook our meals when we travel). The beds were comfortable. The king bed in the master suite is especially nice. The entertainment center is very user friendly with a nice sectional sofa but was the only price of furniture in the living room. It was great for watching movies together with our family. The air-conditioning worked great and kept us very comfortable. The clean garage was spacious and it was very nice to park indoors on those hot days. Not much to speak of in the back yard, but I imagine that will come in time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Heather was a great host.

We had a great time, and so did our kids with the large garden, chicken coop, trampoline and the grandkids to play with. They kindly organized an Easter egg hunt for our kids. Amazing.

Jennifer’s place was really excellent. It was exactly what we needed for our trip. Clean, located within 5-10 min to all our locations (sport fields). Jennifer was very proactive and we felt extremely comfortable in her place. We would absolutely stay again and plan to in the future!!! Thank you! (Oh, it was myself, my wife, and my two kids (12,9) and it was exactly what we needed).

Mels home was clean, organize and I loved that he had labels around the house. He welcome us with a welcome sign and some snacks and drinks that’s always a plus specially when you had a long drive :) Mel was also super responsive to messages super quick. If you ever go to cedar city, Utah I recommend staying at Mel’s home. Thank you for Mel!!

We had a great stay at the beach house. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The jacuzzi was wonderful and we really enjoyed how it was enclosed and private. We didn't use all of the amenities as it was a quick stay for just my husband and I, but I would definitely stay again as it was super clean and and comfortable. Thank you!
