Super located newly renovated lovely apartment in a historic house in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the city center! Pärnu main beach is about 5 minutes walk away. The house is located in the best summer area of the resort town, but on a pleasantly quiet, peaceful street. The house has private courtyard and the apartment has a separate private entrance. The apartment is on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace for morning coffee or barbecue in the evening. WELCOME!

The house is ideal for two people but can also fit 4 if needed. One queen-size bed and a wide sofa bed with a comfortable spring mattress for two people. A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace, sauna, garden, pond for swimming. We are living on the next plot behind the house, but don't worry, we won't see each other, you will have complete privacy.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful house by the river. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including three bedrooms, separate toilet and shower, a full kitchen with a large dining table and a living room with a fireplace in the heart of the house. In addition there is a wood-fired sauna and private access to the river, so you can hop right in from the sauna or take a sup-board or rowing boat and have an adventure on the water.

New guest apartment for rent, located in the Mai district of Pärnu. Pärnu main beach is only 5 minute drive by car. Walking along the light traffic road for about 35 minutes. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
