Carefully picked natural materials combined with big garden just 700m and about 5 minutes walk from the seaside with sandy beach. 10 + 2 sleeping places, two fully equipped kitchen´s and 3 bathrooms, two saunas, two outside terraces, 5000m2 lot with grass, birches, herbs, strawberries, fruit trees, berries, bushes and flowers are waiting for you.

A 10-minute walk away are shopping centres and a variety of restaurants and bars. In front of the house is a riverside promenade and a jogging track.
