City center basement studio – close to everything

This small one-room apartment with open kitchen is ideal choice for two people. It is located in the best place in Pärnu. City centre with its cafes and bars is just here, and sandy beach is a 15-minute walk through nice holiday area. Bus station is 10 minutes walk. A lovely park just behind the building! In the apartment there is well-equipped minikitchen, sofa bed (140 cm), Wi-Fi and desk for working. NB! Bathroom is very tiny and might be uncomfortable to use for bigger people.

The house is situated in a quiet area and is within walking distance from the beach and the city center. Visitors have free parking and are also able to use our garden. The city center is located 1,5 km away and the start of the beach is 800 m away. Wood for the sauna will be provided by us. You will be welcomed by our 2 Corgis and 2 cats!

We were on a golf trip of three adults. The apartment was in a great location, close to restaurants and services. The apartment comfortably accommodated three adults. The private sauna was a nice addition to the listing. Arrival was easy and the car was parked right in front of the door. Everything worked well anyway, and communication was easy and the messages were responded to quickly!

He is definitely a great host. He is quiet but we found him to be welcoming. The room was very clean and the sunrise was beautiful. The sea is close so you can see the wonderful sunset. There are also large supermarkets within walking distance so we were able to spend a comfortable time. He drove us to the bus station and home, which was very helpful.
