House holiday rentals in Parke County

Ran into some issues with the amenities, the host was quick and responsive to remedy the situation. This was a good location for a golf trip with several golf courses nearby.

Very kind and gracious hosts that go above and beyond for their guests. My family had a great time and enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Meggan’s place! She made check-in and check-out a breeze and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Her communication made everything easy and stress-free. The house and property were absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready for our out-of-state wedding, which made a big difference during such a busy time. The yard was peaceful and relaxing, and the pool was a highlight—such a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. Our stay at Captain Bill’s was a wonderful experience! We loved the heated saltwater pool oasis and all of the decor. Bill’s recommendation to see the Cataract Falls didn’t go wasted. What a beaut! He even gave us specific instructions on how to actually hike to behind the upper falls which lead us to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend! Thanks Captain Bill!!

Loved our stay in their beautiful home. We were all in love with it and it was perfect for all of our needs. Great location if you’re planning on going on the river.

The house is spacious, clean and very well stocked. I actually brought DW det, spices, trash bags and some cooking pans and I didn't need any of them . . . that was a first. We were there for 3 nights for my dad's 82 nd birthday. Our entire stay was during a heat wave with heat indexes in triple digits. Thank goodness the AC did not disappoint especially with vaulted ceilings. A few things that would have made our stay slightly better would have been having a full size coffee pot. Five of my six family members drink coffee and making one cup at a time was time consuming and a few got pretty cranky. I assumed since the house could sleep 6 people the Keurig would be the kind that had both options, pot/individual. A second TV would have been nice. The doorbell is broke and the digital lock, locks automatically when closed. If you are in the main part of the house it is hard to hear someone knocking. All minor things and nothing to take a star away. I would still re-rent 100%

We chose this spot for a getaway with longtime friends and family and my 2 dogs. It could not have been more what we were looking for. Calm, secluded spot with privacy. Great yard for the dogs to run around in. Plenty of amenities and sleeping considerations. And, most of all, Erin was amazing. Super responsive and friendly. Everyone had an amazing time and couldn’t believe how perfect it was. We will almost certainly be making this trip a tradition :).

I rented Catherine's place for an outing for my senior volleyball girls. It was perfect. Quiet without seclusion. Great outdoor spaces, which include a fire pit with ready-to-use firewood, a patio, and a screened-in patio for morning or evening meals. We enjoyed using all 3. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as the past 2 nights were the best sleep any of us has had for a long while! As we were active during the days we had rented Catherine's place with hiking, horseback riding, and tubing, having great water pressure for showers was a definite bonus! We definitely recommend staying with Catherine!

Stacie is an incredible host. She is warm, friendly, responsive and provides useful information. Her place has the most amenities I have seen (and I’ve been in many Airbnbs). She has comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, lots of good coffee, extra towels for bathroom, a beautiful yard to sit in and good WiFi. She quickly resolves any needs and is open to feedback. If I go to that area again, I will definitely rent her place. I can’t recommend it enough!

Our stay at this Airbnb near Turkey Run was fantastic, earning a solid 5 stars from us! The location simply can't be beat for exploring the park – we loved being super close to the trails, which made our hiking adventures so convenient. The house itself had some standout features that made our trip even more enjoyable. The pizza oven was a huge hit and provided some delicious, fun evenings. We also spent a ton of time relaxing on the screened-in porch, which was perfect for enjoying the outdoors without any bugs. Evenings were made perfect by the fire pit, where we roasted marshmallows and shared stories under the stars. It’s the perfect spot for getting large families together. We’ll definitely be back!

Linda was so helpful! The house was made for hosting! It included a huge garage with a window air conditioner, pool table, bikes, corn-hole boards, a cozy couch and recliner. The inside included several board games and extra linens. There was not air conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms but there were several fans available to keep the temperature regulated. Only about 15 minutes from Turkey Run State Park which was our reason for visiting. Highly recommend this property!
