Cabin holiday rentals in Park County

We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

This place was amazing ! having the hot tub by the river in the colorado breeze is amazing . i highly suggest! my party and i had arrived superrrr late, and james had made sure my party and i had made it safely . James is a good host! overall a good guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

Our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. We celebrated my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day together. My son always likes to go on a trip/experience for his birthday and this was the cabin he chose. Picturesque views. Weather was great. The cabin really helps you feel right at home while soaking up the relaxation. We really had a great time.

We had a great stay at the cabin! Just like the photos and in a great area where you feel like you are out by yourself! Super cozy cabin and very responsive and helpful host!

My two adult daughters and myself spent a few days at Michael's cabin. The views from the cabin were beautiful, the location was peaceful, and we were able to see some local wildlife. The bedrooms offered plenty of space for three adults. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook some meals which was great. Overall, this cabin worked well for our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Home was in pristine condition. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was great. Views were wonderful. Small details laid out everywhere felt like a hotel.

The home was in great shape and had everything we were expecting. We looked forward to a weekend away in a private and remote space. Overall we were very satisfied. I would caution anyone that there are cameras around the house exterior and it felt like we were being watched at all times. That became especially clear when someone came by the house to do work outside on Saturday morning, unannounced. They didn't disturb us, but it was just strange to come to the space when we had the home reserved. That just made us a bit uncomfortable. Also note that the door lock code is set for exactly the check in time. We commuted to the house from Denver, which is about a 2 hr drive and ended up showing up 10 min before check in. We had to sit in our car and wait for the code to reset to get in. It's a minor thing, but having like a 15-30 min grace period would be real hospitality.

Stayed here with 6 people total and everyone was very comfortable. Tara provided helpful instructions and was always responsive to any questions I had. The property requires a gate code and has very little traffic once off the main road. Kitchen was spacious and the loft bedroom upstairs was super cool. We got snowed on pretty good our first night so we were very glad to be able to use the fireplace at the home! The place was very clean and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

The cabin was great! It's just far enough off the highway that it feels secluded. It's a comfy space and easy to just relax at. Plus, there's easy access to the highway if you're going out. Buddy was great! He was always super responsive and informative.

LOVED this airbnb, one of the best I've stayed at. Perfect for 2 families with young kids. Wonderful outdoor kids play area, parents hanging out on the deck, really nice indoor hang out areas, and beautiful hiking just 5 minutes away. I think it's really likely we will stay here again. Oh, and the beds were comfortable, (good, new mattresses) which is SO important.

Beautiful and cozy cabin tucked away. There was a care package with necessities for our dogs which was so cute! Just 10 min away from a winery with incredible food

We stayed here for our wedding, and we could not be happier with our stay. We had everything we needed, and it was a nice, quiet place to get away. A bit far from stores and restaurants, but we were prepared and loved to cook at the house. Scenery was beautiful, I loved waking up to the mountain sunrise every morning. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical stay! This cabin is straight out of a storybook—cozy, charming, and tucked away in the most peaceful setting. From the warm wood interior to the crackling fireplace and every detail was thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the views? Breathtaking. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the porch and our evenings stargazing in total silence—pure bliss. It’s the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. Whether you’re looking for a romantic weekend or a quiet solo retreat, this place is a hidden gem. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

Beautiful cabin with even more beautiful views. Lots of room. I visited with my fiancé, our two daughters, and my mom. We had an amazing few days in the mountains. David was super informative ahead of time and was responsive/easy to reach. The deck and views alone make this place worth it. Definitely recommend!

Holy-moly, what a place! Private, secluded, breathtaking views (& not just from the cabin but on all the roads & routes to the place), &, as others have said, everything you might need was stocked (tho you might want to bring your favorite herbs/spices if you plan on cooking). The bed was super cozy, heating/cooling a breeze, & NO scented stuff anywhere (thank goodness)! The grounds were fun to wander around &, when we arrived, we were literally greeted by a very friendly White-breasted Nuthatch who graciously took unsalted peanuts right out of my hand. Note to those not from higher altitudes: Come prepared with O2 in cans (stocked in convenience stores in CO) & hydration aids…it is UP there & very dry. Sharon is responsive & ready to help, even early on Sunday a.m. if need be. We can’t speak highly enough about this rental; we hope to be lucky enough to rent here again someday.

Jared’s cabin is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space is incredibly cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained—perfect for unwinding. Jared provided thorough instructions that made everything super easy to navigate from start to finish. And the stunning Mountain Views were the cherry on top! I highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again!

This stay in Alma was everything we wanted! A secluded, spacious property with all the needed amenities. The house was as clean as can be and everything went smoothly. There isn’t much in the town of Alma, but you are about 30 minutes away from Breckinridge. Hot tub, boot dryers, and portable Bluetooth speakers were just a few of the amenities that were an added plus!

We had a great weekend stay at Mike's cabin. The location was great near some great hiking trails and only a short drive away from nearby Fairplay. Area was very quiet and had some great views for our morning coffee. Upon arriving the cabin was clean, fully stocked, and Mike messaged us everything we needed before check-in. Would definitely recommend this to friends staying nearby.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Peaceful, not too far from nearby towns. Cozy lodging and great views.

We needed a space not too far away, but still felt somewhat isolated, that cultivated a sense of peace and reflection. The Hygge Chalet was more than we could have asked for. Intentionally designed for restorative rest, our times at the chalet and in nature as we explored trails and took meandering mountain drives were just what we needed. Sara was exceptional in communication and responsiveness. This may just become a tradition.

Awesome place to stay, a few miles off road but within 1.5-2 hours of everything you could ask for in Colorado, we had multiple cows come up to the doors and windows in the mornings and the stars at night were amazing. Cute place with great views.

My daughter and I stayed here on our way to her summer camp in Bailey Colorado. It was the perfect spot for us to relax before camp. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire and comfy beds. I appreciated the hammock stand and bird watching opportunities. My daughter loved the internet TV and board game selections. We also appreciated that the kitchen had some basics. Overall an excellent spot.
