Holiday rentals with lake access in Paris

Jeremie'nin evi fotoğraflardakinden kesinlikle daha güzel. Güzel bir bahçe ve tetemiz bir iç mekan. Şehirden biraz uzakta huzurlu bir yer.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Kendi evimiz gibi rahattık. Ayrı bir girişi olması baş başa kalmak çok değerliydi. Şehir merkezine 40 dk da ulaştık. Aktarmalar arası yürüyüş yok denecek kadar az. Her haliyle çok iyiydi.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans la maison qui est très spacieuse et a beaucoup de charme avec les matériaux naturels. Ana est une hôtesse réactive et très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement qui permet de visiter des sites très intéressants : Auvers sur Oise, le château de Monte-Cristo et la maison de Zola à Sedan ...

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Excelente apartamento para quem deseja ficar perto do aeroporto de Orly. O apartamento é pequeno mas muito prático, com todas as funcionalidades em zona calma e tranquila. Quanto ao proprietário não tenho dúvidas que se trata de uma excelente pessoa, muito simpático e prestável. Aproveitámos ao máximo ele ser taxista de profissão e por um preço justo nos levou aos locais que queríamos. Foi excelente. Obrigado Fatah.

Un superbe séjour ! Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Résidence sécurisée. On recommande vivement !

Uma casa pequena mas com tudo o necessário para uma curta estadia. Pouco mais de 5 minutos a pé da RER A a meio caminho do centro de Paris e da Disneyland. Os anfitriões foram muito acessíveis e atenciosos. As nossas filhas adoraram. Numa próxima visita a Paris esta será a nossa escolha. Obrigado por tudo!

Nous avons apprécié le séjour, Philippe est très réactif et à été très arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée. La localisation est très pratique, a deux pas du métro, au pied du bois de Vincennes, avec assez de commerce pour l'essentiel. Nous a bien convenu en tant que famille avec un enfant en bas âge.

Highly recommend this spot as it is the perfect place to recharge after a day of sightseeing. It was conveniently located from a train station that was only 30 minutes away from Paris. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the evenings and the direct balcony view of the Seine. The description and pictures were extremely accurate.

Huone oli viihtyisä, erittäin siisti ja puhdas, sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa ja joustavaa ja alue todella rauhallinen. Bouba ja Miisa olivat todella ystävällisiä ja vieraanvaraisia, joten meillä oli täysin stressitön loma. Bouba ja Miisa auttoivat ja neuvoivat ystävällisesti myös kaikissa muissakin asioissa, jotta saimme varmasti kaiken irti lomamatkastamme. He myös vastasivat kysymyksiimme aina erittäin nopeasti. Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde, suosittelen ja tulisin erittäin mielelläni myös uudelleen, 6/5👌🏻

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce logement. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, et chaque détail de la décoration était soigné avec beaucoup de goût. On sent que l’hôte a mis tout son cœur pour créer un espace chaleureux, accueillant et esthétique. Le quartier est calme et agréable, et tout était exactement comme décrit — voire mieux ! Je recommande cette adresse à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas une seconde à y revenir. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !
