⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Un soggiorno perfetto! Fin dal primo momento, l’esperienza è stata impeccabile. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima, ideale per visitare la zona. L’host è stata fantastica: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta a dare consigli utili. Comunicazione chiara e check-in senza problemi. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Wohnung. Der Empfang war sehr gut und unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs und die Wohnung war dafür perfekt: viel Spielzeug, Kinderbücher, ein Babybett, Sandspielzeug für den Strand und ein Schirm. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz im Garten und parken kann man direkt hinter dem Haus (abgeschlossener Hof). Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Ort Femmine ist allerdings leider ziemlich dreckig (Müll überall) und es gibt an der Promenade viel Verkehr.

we loved our stay at here! it's a truly beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Palermo, many attractions and great bars within a short walk. the terraces are just a dream, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the space. Valentina was very responsive and helpful: there was some construction and scaffolding that went up on the facade of the building during our stay, and she checked in with us to make sure it was ok. would absolutely recommend staying here! just be prepared for the 4 very steep and narrow flights of steps: wasn't too much of an issue for us but it is quite a climb if you have any kind of mobility issues.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. I can’t recommend Enrico’s property enough. Grazie Mille Enrico!

This was a truly remarkable home! No Ikea sterility here…this is a home. Spacious, stylish and very comfortable. At every turn you find a beautiful space to sit, eat, chat or just admire the multiple garden areas. The pool is worthy of a posh resort (which is sort of what the whole place is). The hosts, whose family home it is, are welcoming and charming. If you were fortunate enough to have a loving and well-to-do relative who kept a villa in Italy, this is what you might hope for. Like previous reviews, it’s a difficult place to leave.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten dort alles was wir brauchten . Er war so freundlich Sachen bereit zustellen wie Kaffee, Nutella etc. Armando war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten den Urlaub sehr genießen. Wir bedanken uns und wünschen euch alles gute .

We really enjoyed our stay at the house – it was charming and comfortable. The garden was especially lovely and offered a nice, cool escape from the summer heat. Just a heads-up: the mosquitoes were quite intense, so bring some repellent! Most importantly, Giuseppe was a truly wonderful host. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable – he provided us with an extra bed and kindly let us stay longer on our departure day since we had a late flight. Thank you, Giuseppe, for your warm hospitality!
