Holiday rentals in Parco degli Ulivi

From the moment we checked into Gabriele's place, we knew this was going to be an amazing stay. We were personally welcomed by Ettore, who gave us a run-down of the place and had a couple of cannolis waiting for us in the fridge. The family who owns the place is so friendly and hospitable, attentive to their guests' every need. Of course, the main highlight is the terrace with amazing views (perfect to drink your morning coffee), as well as the private access to the water downstairs. This Airbnb literally has everything you could possibly need: from reefshoes and snorkels to cooking utensils and enough cupboards to put away all your stuff and feel right at home, it's clear they have really thought everything through. Just be mindful that going to the supermarket or restaurants requires a short drive, but this was hardly an issue when the place looks like this. Hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences after about 35+ stays and counting. Thank you again! :)

Amazing villa, everything has been finished to a very high standard. The pool is luxurious and has great views over the valley and the sea, and it's so peaceful. We had an amazing week stay. Fabrizio was great to communicate with, providing clear instructions and recommendations when we asked. The only thing to note, is that whilst the villa is very private with the adjacent buildings, an external property does overlook the pool and terrace. But other than that, absolutely perfect.

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

We stayed two nights at the apartment. The reception was very good and our questions were answered quickly. We were traveling with a toddler and the apartment was perfect for it: lots of toys, children's books, a baby bed, sand toys for the beach and a parasol. There is also a small playground in the garden and you can park directly behind the house (closed courtyard). The beach is just minutes to walk. Overall, it was a nice stay. Unfortunately, the town of Femmine is quite dirty (garbage everywhere) and there is a lot of traffic on the promenade.

we loved our stay at here! it's a truly beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Palermo, many attractions and great bars within a short walk. the terraces are just a dream, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the space. Valentina was very responsive and helpful: there was some construction and scaffolding that went up on the facade of the building during our stay, and she checked in with us to make sure it was ok. would absolutely recommend staying here! just be prepared for the 4 very steep and narrow flights of steps: wasn't too much of an issue for us but it is quite a climb if you have any kind of mobility issues.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. This was a truly remarkable home! No Ikea sterility here…this is a home. Spacious, stylish and very comfortable. At every turn you find a beautiful space to sit, eat, chat or just admire the multiple garden areas. The pool is worthy of a posh resort (which is sort of what the whole place is). The hosts, whose family home it is, are welcoming and charming. If you were fortunate enough to have a loving and well-to-do relative who kept a villa in Italy, this is what you might hope for. Like previous reviews, it’s a difficult place to leave.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy.
