I spent 3 weeks in this apartment It is easy to locate because it is close to Choisy train station, convenient access, in a quiet building It is clean, close to transport, convenient for getting to Paris (several transport options that lead to the apartment) Next to it there is the market (3 times a week) Supermarkets and restaurants nearby for all tastes Martin is very responsive, welcoming My stay was in very good conditions. I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

A big thank you to Fabien who does everything for his visitors with an instant reaction. - the accommodation described is perfect, beautiful living room, large TV, beautiful bedroom with 160 bed and very good mattress, perfect bathroom with washing machine, small outdoor area, appreciable, nothing to complain about, but beware the tram t9 has a special price. Everything was very nice. Check in was flexible and very easy. The place was very clean and there is everything you need. We really loved the location, unlike centre of Paris, was very peaceful and we spent an amazing afternoon in the park nearby. Would recommend to anyone who wants to escape the chaos of big city and still enjoy peaceful stay near Paris city centre.

Wonderful and excellent

The proposed studio is very easy to reach by car. The parking allows you to be quiet and I was able to see that it is well connected by bus. The place is very quiet. The studio is quality, the bed comfortable, and everything we see in the photo is consistent with what's on site. Thanks to hosts for the instructions. For my part, I didn't need anything on site, even if the presence of an iron would not have been too much. The presence of the washing machine is still appreciated, although it is necessary to provide laundry detergent, but for the price it is an insignificant detail.

We (2 people) had a pleasant stay (4 days). Everything was as described and we can give a recommendation.

We stayed in this accommodation since you landed in Paris Orly late at night. In addition to being very well decorated and functional, the accommodation has a perfect location to stay before or after a trip.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Very nice accommodation and very nice host!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
