It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Διαμέρισμα 55τμ στο δεύτερο όροφο πολυκατοικίας στην παραλία της Καλαμάτας. Στον παραλιακό δρόμο μπροστά απο το διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, καφέ και παραδοσιακό αρτοποιείο. Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων υπάρχει ΑΤΜ καθώς και στάση λεωφορείου. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι τέσσερα άτομα. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα καθιστικό με καναπέ κρεβάτι, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, ένα wc και μπαλκόνι με θέα την θάλασσα. Προαιρετικά υπάρχει διαθέσιμο βρεφικό κρεβάτι.

Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.
