We had an amazing stay at this place😍 The apartment has everything you need, and looks exactly like on the photos. The area is really nice, 2 min from the sea ❤️ with a lot of restaurants nearby. The host is responsive and ready to help :) We definitely will stay there again when visiting Kalamata🤩

Easy/quick one night stay in Kalamata. Check in was without hassle and the bed was comfortable.

J'ai adoré mon séjour chez Eleni. J'y suis allé en taxi depuis l'aéroport (environ 20mn). L'appartement est très propre et tous les équipements fonctionnent très bien. Le cadre est très agréable (il y a un joli jardin potager entretenu par George, le papa d'Eleni, un petit chien tout mignon et j'entendais les oiseaux et parfois le bruit des vagues tous les jours depuis le studio). La mer et les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds (les premiers restaurants sont à 5 mn à pieds, idem pour la mer). J'ai pu utiliser un des velos pour me balader ce qui etait vraiment génial. Pour information, il y a une piste cyclable qui longe le bord de mer et si vous la suivez jusqu'au bout, vous vous retrouvez dans la vieille ville (environ 30 mn). A cet endroit, il y a le marché local et de très bons restaurant (meilleurs et moins chers que ceux du bord de mer). Demandez les adresses à Eleni. Par contre la Pizzeria Penelope dans le quartier est top. Je retournerai volontier séjourner là bas :)

Το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο, ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες και καλύτερο. Η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα και σε συσκευές και σε προϊόντα που θα χρειαστείς αν θες να μαγειρέψεις. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετος για δύο άτομα και το μπάνιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και είχε ό,τι χρειαζόσουν. Η βεράντα είναι το ατού του σπιτιού για να απολαύσεις το πρωινό σου στο τραπέζι ή τις ξαπλώστρες! Η κυρία Παναγιώτα και η μαμά της ευγενικότατες, απαντούσαν αμέσως στις απορίες μας και μας είχαν και δωράκι ένα μπουκάλι κρασί και παστελάκια. Η περιοχή ήσυχη, ωραία γειτονιά, κοντά στην παραλία και σε φούρνους, καφετέριες κλπ. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπροτιμήσουμε το σπίτι όταν ξαναπάμε Καλαμάτα 💜 Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Апартаментът на Таня беше добре оборудван. Домакинът отговаряше бързо и ни настани на място. За нас бяха оставени вода, кока-кола, кафе и други неща в кухнята. Предлагаше се безплатна пералня. Паркиране във вътрешният двор. Горещо препоръчвам.

Très joli logement, parfaitement équipé et dans un état irréprochable. Facile d’accès et parking devant la porte. A 10 minutes de voiture de Kalamata. Idéal si vous êtes de passage dans la région. Hôte agréable et réactive.

Anya und Rüdiger haben ein kleine Oase erschaffen. Die Lage und das Haus sind Top. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt und möchten uns bedanken, dass Anya und Rüdiger ihr wundervolles Haus mit anderen teilen.

Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, duża i dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia w garnki, sztućce oraz sprzęty.

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Wir haben uns auf dem mit viel Geschmack und traditionell angelegten Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Balkon über die Olivenhaine hinunter zum Meer war immer wieder faszinierend. Die kleine Kneipe im Ort haben wir vier Mal besucht und uns bei George sehr wohl gefühlt. Volle Empfehlung 😊

Over the top!! Die Kommunikation mit Evan verlief von Anfang an perfekt. Bilder können die außergewöhnliche Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses nicht wiedergeben-man muss dort gewesen sein. Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht von Kalamata inkl. Sonnenuntergänge, für den Menschen viel Geld bezahlen würden. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell an die Küstenstrasse und Strand mit Tavernen, Cafes und kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften. Gerne wieder!

Ήσυχη γειτονιά. εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Άνετο διαμέρισμα. 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο για κέντρο καλαμάτας αλλά και για την παραλία.

Εξαιρετικο σπιτι! Πεντακαθαρο με ολα οσα χρειαζεται μια οικογενεια! Ακριβως οπως φαινεται στις φωτογραφιες σε πολυ βολικη περιοχη! Οι ιδιοκτητες ειναι αυτο που λεμε "νοικοκυραιοι"....Ευχαριστουμε για την φιλοξενια! Ελπιζουμε να τα ξαναπουμε! Να στε καλα!

Πολύ όμορφος και περιποιήμενος χώρος, πεντακάθαρος και εύκολα προσβάσιμος. Σε κεντρικό σημείο με πρόσβαση σε όλα τα μαγαζιά της παραλίας χωρίς αυτοκίνητο και με καταπληκτική θέα. Η Γεωργία πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική.Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά!💗

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο με ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι. Δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία. Με χαρά θα ξαναπάω σε επόμενό μου ταξίδι. Η οικοδέσποινα απάντησε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας σύντομα. Ευχαριστούμε

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Appartement correspondant parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, la vue de la terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié ce que Grigoris avait mis à notre disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Le logement est en hauteur et un peu en dehors du centre ville mais les distances sont vraiment raisonnables et tout peut donc se faire à pieds. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement.

The apartment was really nice in a really good location, there was a cafe nearby like 1 minute walking, the apartment is really big and comfortable, the communication with the owner was really good! I totally reccomend it!

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, ben arredato e con tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e in soggiorno, così come le TV). Posizione perfetta per vivere il vivace centro di Kalamata, comoda manche alla Marina, che si raggiunge a piedi in 20 minuti circa. La pulizia era impeccabile, buona anche la qualità delle spugne. Consigliatissimo!

Nice, clean apartment on a quiet side street. Keep in mind it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Enjoyed my stay.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

Fantastic spot for a walk in the town of Kalamata, friendly host and flexible. Spacious apartment, well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay again with my family.
