Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

We loved our stay in this cottage! It has such a cosy homely feel and is equipped with everything you’d need! The bed was super comfy and it was nice to have a tv in both bedrooms and the living space! The hot tub area was gorgeous and a great place to unwind and relax, very private area! Shaun the host was super friendly and very responsive! We couldn’t fault this place - amazing value for money. Would recommend and would love to return in the future!

We had a beautiful week at The Cart Barn, beautiful location with beautiful views and a private garden which was perfect for our pooch! we spent most of our evenings watching the beautiful cows out the garden! the hot tub was a lovely addition and the barn had everything we needed to make ourselves and our dog feel at home! Some great recommendations in the welcome book and from the owners of local things to do! Will definitely be returning in the future! :)

A fabulous little hideaway perfect for dogs! Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing break! The secure garden meant the dogs could roam freely and every detail was thought of. The house was immaculate and really comfortable and a great central base for exploring Cornwall. We WILL be back!

What an amazing stay! It was everything we were hoping for and more. The cottage had everything we needed and also some nice personal touches too. It was so relaxing sitting in the hot tub, listening and watching the birds . The weather was a little unsettled for us but not a problem, as we could sit in the summer house, and look out at the lovely view and our neighbours the sheep! Claire was very responsive with messaging and will look forward to visiting again soon. 🙂

What a beautiful spot, the views are fantastic and there is so much outside space! We loved the fishing lake and hot tub area which made it for us! Prefect lovely and good value.

This place was such a great find! We’ve just got back from the most perfect week away. We originally only booked for 4 nights but we extended our stay as we were having such a wonderful time. The place is just lovely with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our welcoming gifts too. Kate and Simon are brilliant hosts and were extremely easy to contact. St Agnes is a beautiful location with some superb coastal walks. There’s also plenty of places to go out for food and drink. The beach is stunning also. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is considering it (just book it!). Thanks again for a brilliant stay Kate and Simon!

Just spent a week at this lovely place. Beautiful view when relaxing in the garden and so peaceful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, we didn't want to leave . Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the hosts as they were away on holiday. Communication through this site was clear and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

The house was spotless and very well stocked with practical things like little sachets of milk, so we didn't have to go out and buy some. The situation is beautiful, looking over the harbour, and we enjoyed sitting on the outside bench, chatting to people as they went past. Everyone was super friendly. It was such a chilled holiday, and the lovely weather was a bonus. Would definitely go back again and Sarah, the host, was very helpful too.

My friend and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable few days at the Granary. We were made really welcome and the property was well equipped, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Thank you so much to our host Claire! I would love to return sometime, and recommend it to anyone wishing to explore this beautiful and historic part of Cornwall.

We loved our stay at the Little Forge. Sue was a superb host and gave us loads of great recommendations. We really appreciated the welcome pack of milk, bread, eggs etc as it meant we could have a lovely lazy morning after our first night. The annexe was exactly as described, extremely well appointed with everything we could need for our week long stay with our dog, including dishwasher and washing machine soaps, good selection of utensils and salt/pepper/oil. The courtyard garden is delightful suntrap and overall the location could not be more peaceful. We’d love to come back again.

What a lovely cottage in a great location. Everything you could need was here with the addition of treats left by the owner Michelle to welcome us. Very comfy bed and practical wet room. Nearby the Miners Arms 2 or 3 minute walk away was an added bonus for drinks and food. We can highly recommend this characterful cottage and its owner Michelle. Thanks again Andy and Kate

A piece of heaven, so quiet and calm. There is no shop in the village so bring the essentials, the pub is lovely great food. If you need to get away from it all this is the place. Cottage is outstanding

Great place in a quiet setting. Walks to the beach possible and loads to do in the area. Super comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was lovely as was the sitting room (with a fantastic log burner) and outdoor spaces

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Old Stables. Jo's communication was impeccable and friendly. We got badly held up on the M5 motorway and ended up arriving at midnight, but James, the caretaker, had lit a fire for us to make our arrival a bit more 'cosy'. The gardens are fantastic to explore and the local area is pleasant (apart from St Austell!). We hope to visit again.

Ideal central location for visiting the various coastal resorts in the area. The accommodation layout and facilities are perfect for a multi night stay. Liaison with Jenna was great.

Delightful cottage renovated to a really high standard. Beautiful location in a quiet village but right on the coast and close to local attractions. Great shops and restaurants in the village too.

We had a great few days in Violet, the house has everything you need. The local area has so much to do, many beaches which kept our 2 year old very happy in the sand. The owl camera is amazing, such a fun addition. Thank you for a lovely stay :-)

Really enjoyed our Christmas stay in this fantastic home. Lots of space for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The beds are comfy, great showers, well equipped kitchen. Lovely big dining table. The location was great, close to some nice beaches and walks / runs straight from the house. The garden is lovely, not completely secure but near enough. We would definitely recommend staying here, the price is extremely reasonable for such a great place.

Our stay at Waves was absolutely fantastic!!!!The house had an amazing view , it was very clean, the location was perfect and the thoughtful touches, like the welcome note and wine, made us feel right at home. Dunc and Ali were extremely responsive and helpful and provided us with recommendations that made our trip easier. Hope to return soon! Thanks Dunc and Ali!

We had the best 4 nights stay at Jo’s beautiful cottage. The weather was superb. Fantastic location literally 5 seconds from the seafront. We could hear the waves lapping at bedtime and morning. Cakebreads shop next door has pretty much all you need. Daily delivery of delicious Sourdough loaves. The Mermaid Beach cafe does great icecream and snacks. The beach is clean the sea so inviting. Sand all the way,easy swimming especially for kids. Fantastic coastal walks from Gorran Haven to Dodman Cross via Vault beach (swam there) and the other way to Chapel Point and Portmellon. Superb coastal views. Didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back. Jo was the perfect host,responded very quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend! Sarah and Karen Hastings.

Gorgeous cottage , beautifully renovated . Cosy but functional . Hot tub was lovely to come back to after a long walk . Peaceful location but within easy drive of Fowey . Would definitely come again.
