Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Paphos

Clean, spacious, and built to catch ocean breezes. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Access to a car will be helpful because places to eat or buy food are a bit too far to be walkable. The garden area in the back is lovely. Beach access is possible from the garden area, however the beach is better for walking than for swimming.

The perfect place to relax. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment has all the amenities. Very close to the city beach and port. Catering establishments with a very good variety of cuisine on the same street. From the beginning of the reservation until the departure, constant contact with the owner, Eleftheria, who was helpful at every stage of our stay. It is definitely worth using this apartment.

Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is in a very quiet location. We liked to go to different beaches or explore the island. Coming back to the large pool and garden area in the afternoon and relaxing was great. The furnishings of the apartment were more than good and Margarita surprised us with drinks and fruit. We felt very comfortable at Margarita's and it was a pleasure to get to know her.

It was a new villa with a great environment and interior! The living room and kitchen had a large window with a view outside, which gave it a very open feeling. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and neat! It was a newly built villa with a great view and it was great! It's on the mountain side of Paphos and it's only a 20-minute drive to the city center. Martin and Olga were very kind and were happy to help with any questions I had, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful villa.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay by the sea. The two bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen works well, and there’s plenty of room to settle in and feel at home. The location is the real standout—you’re practically on top of the ocean. The sound of the waves is constant, the sunsets are as stunning as the listing photos, and the whole setting is just spectacular. The place is well-equipped: great water pressure, plenty of hot water, and strong Wi-Fi that easily handles streaming and remote work. It’s clean, comfortable, and easy to live in. The host is excellent—quick to respond and genuinely helpful with anything that comes up. The town is small, with a few restaurants and shops, but just 20 minutes away you’ll find a wider variety of places to eat, many right on the water with incredible seafood and kebabs. We stayed for a month and loved every minute. There are beautiful walks in every direction, and nearby historical sites like the UN Green Line.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Waves Villa. From start to finish, their entire team were extremely helpful, polite, and quick to respond to anything we needed. They were available by phone, through the app, and even came in person whenever required, making everything run smoothly. The villa is beautiful, with a great pool and a lovely courtyard to relax in. There is some road noise, but that’s to be expected in most places and it doesn’t detract from the overall enjoyment of the outdoor space. A member of their team came by most days to clean the pool and empty the bins, which kept everything tidy and well-maintained. At night, the view of the lights in the mountains adds a special touch to the setting. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent and responsive service throughout.

The property in Elysia Park is great for exploring Paphos and the surrounding streets. You can walk to the promenade in about 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is also very quiet there and the complex is very nice.

Very good location, renovated apartment with many amenities!

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place as it had everything we needed for our family. The area was peaceful but also close enough to everything we needed. The check in was easy considering we did not arrive until after 11pm. Julia was very proactive with her details and arranged a cot for us at short notice. We would stay here again if we come back to this area many thanks Julia.

Mario was an excellent host. Really informative, responsive and attentive. The apartment was very clean and extremely well equipped,it has everything you need. The place was beautiful with the pool and its surroundings. Thank you Mario we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. It was a great accommodation with a very nice complex. Safe and well maintained. Communication with Estéa was very good and fast. We will definitely be back!

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Sylvia’s apartment was lovely, clean and well located. Private parking, patio and a well looked after pool only a step away. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, ample storage space, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment, Netflix, dining table and chairs, settee. Also outside seating & table etc.. including 2 new Sun beds etc.. Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer everything you need! Sylvia was always only a message away if needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend apartment for location and value.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

We felt comfortable here. The bed is 1.2m, which may be too small for some couples. Then be sure to organize Jacobs Tabs for coffee. Savvas Grill Restaurant with great Stifaki just around the corner. To the beach 10 minutes. Simple standard but everything there except for dishwasher. The view from the balcony and the atmosphere at breakfast are worth booking here.

Lovely peaceful area loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea the apartment had everything you needed Glenis was a wonderful host and Jane was also brilliant with her support and local knowledge I certainly would recommend a visit

The accommodation was very clean and spacious. It had a nice big balcony with a large table and four chairs. Everything was exactly as Alexander described it. I can highly recommend and would happily book it again.
