Beachfront holiday rentals in Paphos

Wir haben eine großartige ruhige Woche hier verbracht, der Bungalow und die Lage haben unsere Erwartungen übererfüllt. Die direkt angrenzenden Bungalows waren nicht belegt während unseres Aufenthalts, das war ein i-Tüpfelchen. Vielen Dank!

We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, einige wunderschöne Tage in der Kochini-Villa in Nea Dimmata zu verbringen – ein absolut komfortables Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick, großen Balkonen und großzügigen Freiflächen. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet: eine hervorragend eingerichtete Küche, zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und ein modernes, stilvolles Badezimmer. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist einladend, funktionell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer und Strand – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit Evridiki war jederzeit herzlich, professionell und unkompliziert. Fünf Sterne sind absolut verdient, und wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles, Evridiki! Luise und Henning

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

Die Villa war supper schön groß wir waren zu viert und hatte sehr viel platz und konnten uns gut ausbreiten.Die Dachterasse war das Highlight mit sehr schönem blick aufs Meer. Schöner sauberer pool in den wir gerne reingesprungen sind,schöne grosse und saubere zimmer,oben gabs zwei zimmer mit jeweils einem eigenem Bad und unten war noch ein zimmer also genügend platz. Die Lage war supper nur die Straße runterlaufen und es gab viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir konnten leider den Besitzer nicht persönlich kennenlernen jedoch war die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und alle fragen wurden auch schnell beantwortet. Alles in einem wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben eine Ruheoase mit Pool und Nähe zu Strand und netten Lokalen gesucht und gefunden. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die um unser Wohl bemüht war. Schöne Gartenanlage mit Chiller Lounge im 1. Stock, grosse Küche mit Wohnzimmer. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie hier und kommen gerne wieder.

A really lovely flat with everything we needed (and more!) for a comfortable stay. The flat is so well equipped. Super friendly people (and cats), a relaxed location, and a short drive to loads of great restaurants and beaches, plus the beach 1 min walk away! Highly recommended!

Diese Maisonette Wohnung ist ein Traum. Es mangelt an nichts! Sehr geschmackvoll und geräumig. Super sauber, freundlicher Empfang mit Obst, Wasser und Wein. Sophie, unser Host, hat uns großartig begleitet und war immer direkt zu erreichen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist eine tolle Sache und man kann sich prima erholen. Meerblick vom Balkon, nur wenige Meter zum Strand, ein Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Entspannender kann Urlaub nicht sein. Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung, auch zum Flughafen… und die Königsgräber sowie die kleine Altstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Klare Buchungsempfehlung!! 👍🏻🌸

בית מושלם לחופשה משפחתית! נהנינו מכל רגע, בריכה ממש כיפית עם נוף לים. זה הבית היחיד באזור שמצאתי עם אפשרות לנעול שער בין הבית לבריכה- מאוד משמעותי עם ילדים קטנים. בית מאובזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים, ואפילו גילינו בונוס שולחן פינג פונג! מרחק הליכה מהמרינה והטיילת, מכולת קרובה, מארחת מאוד אדיבה שוידאה שהכל בסדר איתנו כשאיחרנו ביום הראשון. מבחינתנו- מצאנו את הבית שלנו בקפריסין:)

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auf der großen Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer, kann man sich wohlfühlen. In der Umgebung sind viele Bars und Restaurants, die man zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Das Appartement selbst ist aber sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann sich wunderbar erholen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen!

El apartamento estaba muy situado, muy limpio con todo lo necesario. El dueño estuvo pendiente en todo momento facilitándonos todo. un gusto

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

We had a great stay we are a family of 5 with a disabled 7 year old the villa was walking distance to coral bay you do have your cross a busy road but it was fine we walked mainly at night as it was very hot during the day the walk was pram accessible The pool was lovely and cleaned daily in the morning plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Simos brought us fruits and olive oil throughout are stay and was easily contactable if needed also one week into our holiday had the luxury of the cleaners coming in to freshen the villa up and change the bedding which was a lovely added extra which we haven’t experienced anywhere else we have stayed being higher up on the hill there was a lovely gentle breeze which helped with the heat a little overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again it was perfect location and perfect villa Thankyou so much

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

Great apartment with good view. Host is kind, friendly and very responsive. Excellent location with great restaurants and shops. Host U.S. very flexible and allow late check out. Greatly appreciate the gesture

Carrie apartamentai yra tikrai išskirtiniai - unikali vieta prie pat jūros, daug įvairių erdvių ilsėtis. Nors kaimynystėje nemažai kitų namų, jautėmės labai privačiai. Kaimynai ramūs, aplink daug žalumos. Nors Pomos yra tikrai mažas miestelis, jame net keli neblogi restoranai, yra supermarketas. Šeimininkė labai maloni, leido check-in padaryti net keliomis valandomis anksčiau, nuolat rūpinosi mumis ir operatyviai atsakė į mūsų klausimus. Vienintelis nedidelis minusas tai jūros krantas - kiek status ir labai akmenuotas, todėl maudantis yra šioks toks diskomfortas. Bet visa kita buvo super, rekomenduoju..:)

Nice apartment in a central location. A huge and varied choice of restaurants and facilities within a 10 minute walk. Free car park, on a bus route and main road in Paphos, Which was surprisingly quiet overnight. Great veranda. Nothing not to like at the price point.

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place as it had everything we needed for our family. The area was peaceful but also close enough to everything we needed. The check in was easy considering we did not arrive until after 11pm. Julia was very proactive with her details and arranged a cot for us at short notice. We would stay here again if we come back to this area many thanks Julia.

I had an amazing stay in this flat in Paphos! It was clean, cozy, and in the perfect location. The host was extremely helpful and super responsive. The price was unbeatable. Highly recommend!

This place is a little slice of heaven. Great location, beautiful inside and out. Super helpful friendly hosts. Had everything we needed and more. Handy for the beach and harbour bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a perfect base for the Akamas region and Paphos airport. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Also we LOVED the artworks around the apartment, great choices by real artists, it added to the vibe and enhanced our stay.

Very good communication, clean apartment

Es war so wie auf den Bildern. Wunderschön. Als Familie mit 2 Kindern (4 und 6 Jahre) haben wir die Nähe zu dem netten Ort Latchi sehr genossen. In 20 Minuten am Fußgängerwegs entlang der Strandpromenade waren wir bei vielen tollen Restaurants, Eisdiele, Supermarkt etc. und am Weg befinden sich einige Spielplätze. Also eine tolle Lage! Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Anfragen schnell und hilfreich geantwortet! An kalten Tagen im Februar gibt es ein paar Hotels, wo du als Tagesgast den Spa-Bereich bzw. Indoor-Pool nutzen darfst. Das nächstgelegene "Latchi Escape Hotel" ist dafür aber NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT. Dort waren wir. Schäbig und schimmlig. Fahrt lieber etwas länger in ein Hotel um Paphos und zahlt etwas mehr.
